The ligament is made of Vectran fiber, which is five times stronger than steel, and covered with flexible TPU.

POD knee braces are available in two sizes, one for the right leg and one for the left leg.
If the brace does not fit properly or is worn on the wrong side, the brace will not function properly.

Measure the circumference at the center of the kneecap.
Without any clothing, stand with your knees fully extended and in a straight stance (*knees straight).
Installation instructions: For this product to function properly, the brace must be in the correct position and the straps must be tightened securely.
The knee brace should be worn directly over the skin, or over thin socks or inner pants for knee braces.
Do not wear the brace over jeans, sportswear, or heavy clothing.
■Step 1:
Please make sure your knee size is correct
■Step 2:
Release the strap end on the side/outside of the brace and loosen all straps, then pull the strap end out of the strap loop.
■Step 3:
Place the brace on the knee with the knee bent at 90 degrees, making sure the hinge of the brace is at the side of the knee joint.
■Step 4:
Tighten the lower knee strap #1 (just below the knee), this strap is located at the top of the calf and is important for the correct positioning of the brace.
Thread the strap end through the strap loop, making sure that the strap is not twisted and that it is comfortably and securely fastened.
■Step 5:
Attach the upper knee strap #2 in the same manner as step 4.(Just above the knee)
■Step 6:
Attach the upper knee strap #3 in the same manner as step 4.
■Step 7:
Attach the upper knee strap #4 in the same manner as step 4.
