This bolt-on kit is compatible with the new 2021 license plate angle standards and includes a bike inspection compatible LED license lamp, approved reflector and bracket, and is compliant with safety standards.
This kit is compatible with stock rear winkers.

*Not for use with aluminum license plate holders.
*The grab bar (97982/97983), the classic carrier (97984/97985) and the multi-wing carrier (98334) can be mounted at the same time.
*Blinker holder plate (97235) can be used.
