Description
■Feature 1: Lightest 520 chain ever!
By reviewing the material of the plate, the fatigue strength is increased by 20% compared to the conventional product, while maintaining the lightness that has been established since the previous model.
It prevents uneven elongation (elongation of only one part of the chain) and provides stable performance.
■Feature 2: Newly adopted special reinforced pins
By adopting SDH pins with a special surface treatment, the wear resistance has been increased by approx. 20% compared to conventional products.
It reduces chain elongation even in wet racing conditions and in severe conditions such as stream sections.
■Feature 3: Plate chamfering
The end face of the inner plate that engages with the sprocket is chamfered to reduce bite resistance.
The sprockets are easy to separate, reducing friction and weight of the parts.
