Description
Necessities for high tuned engines including big bore.The engine with high rpm and high performance emits huge amount of heat as a compensation, and it may be damaged by overheating or seizure if the engine is left in stock condition, so it is recommended to install the oil cooler.
The New Super Oil Cooler Kit has the same heat dissipation capacity (5-row core) as 400cc class oil cooler, and shows stable engine performance even under severe conditions such as racing and under the hot sun.
Union bolts are used on the oil cooler for greater flexibility in hose routing.The union bolt has been anodized in color.
The hose is an outer layer braid hose with inner diameter Φ6.2 and outer diameter Φ12.6.It boasts high pressure resistance and high durability.

Caution
*Right side case cover requires modification.*If you have installed a big bore kit, etc. and have not installed the ULTRA clutch cover, be sure to use it together with the oil filter kit (Vol. 00-3).
*Since an oil cooler is installed, a large capacity oil pump (Super Oil Pump Kit: 331-1413000) is recommended.
*The installation bracket may need to be changed or modified if the tank, clutch or other accessory parts are installed at the same time.
*Make sure to install the condenser according to the installation instructions.If the union nipple side is installed face down, the oil pressure will drop and the cylinder head will not be lubricated enough.
*The right side stock crankcase cover requires a tapped hole.
*Oil line access is on the right side crankcase cover.
*If you have installed a big bore kit, be sure to use it with the oil filter kit.
*It is recommended to use with a large capacity oil pump.
