    Description

    The removable clutch outer cover allows maintenance such as friction disc replacement without draining the engine oil, 5/4 disc wet secondary clutch kit. By moving the clutch unit from the stock crankshaft (primary side) to the transmission main shaft (secondary side), the crankshaft durability and engine response is greatly improved. Primary driven gear with 6 rubber dampers for superior shock absorption when connecting the clutch. The two-piece primary gear prevents pitching and all other specs are compatible with 88cc high power engines.

    Caution

    *Images are for reference only.
    *By changing the number of primary drive gears / driven gears, the primary reduction ratio becomes the highest speed type (16 / 69 to 18 / 67).Primary reduction ratio = 3.722.
    *12V Monkey transmission can be used with 11T (34281) main shaft (sold separately).
    *When using some big bore cylinders, the fin boss on the right side of the cylinder (near the oil cooler outlet on the lower side) needs to be shaved a little.
    *5 discs are recommended for engines over 110cc.
    *Make sure to install the stock oil filter.
    *JAZZ / Magna 50 cannot be used due to insufficient main shaft length.
    (*1) For Kitaco 5-speed transmission, it is possible to install with one more washer included in the kit.
