Description
The head is of course, a 1 camdhaft for 4 valve.

1: 4-valve head
The intake air volume is increased by more than 50% compared to stock by changing to 4 valves!
Spark flag is in the center.
The shape of the combustion chamber and the intake and exhaust ports have been optimized, resulting in a significant increase in power output.
Stock part is IN: Φ25.5, EX: Φ21 for one each, lN: Φ24 x 2 bottles, EX: Φ21 x 2 bottles.
In addition, the stem shaft diameter is Φ4.5 (stock: Φ5).
2: Intake port
・The oval intake port has been redesigned and optimized for 4-valve use!
・The intake manifold is also specially designed to fit the oval shape for smooth air intake!
3: Dedicated manifold
・An oval shaped manifold is installed to match the intake port.This is only for Big Throttle Kit.
4: Large capacity injector
・Increased output by 4V head!
・The injectors were enlarged to match the intake air volume!
・Dedicated MAP is built into Enigma Endurance specification (sold separately).
5: Aluminum casting biston
Specially designed pistons for the 4V.The high compression ratio of 12.5 is achieved by combining lightness and strength.
Lightweight and strong enough to withstand the high power output of 4V pistons can only be achieved with cast pistons.
By adopting a special casting material, it succeeded in getting strength and lightness that cannot be achieved by a general casting material machining method, and in significantly reducing the weight error.
It is easy to see which is more suitable for tuning engines: cast pistons, which give the highest priority to productivity (cost), or forged pistons, which give the highest priority to strength.
6: Riken Piston Rings
The piston ring is made by Riken.
7: Cast aluminum roller rocker arm
・The rocker arm is made of cast aluminum to achieve both lightness and strength!
・The roller rocker arm reduces the frictional resistance with the camshaft and increases the power output!
