Description
The stock GC-017 frame has 30mm longer neck, but this type S is made with stock length.
Frame weight 5.4kg (Stock 4.9kg) The engine mounting position can be moved 7mm to the chain side, without using offset sprocket, NSR50 / 80 wheel, 10 inch 4J can be used.
This reduces the wear of the countershaft and the fixing plate on large displacement engines.
(Moving the special bracket of the rearset 7mm to the chain side can be done.)
All the frame parts are assembled with bolts without welding.
All engine mounts and swingarm pitot plates are designed with knock pins on the threads to prevent the bolts from shear loads.
Changing the diameter of swingarm pitot to Φ12 can be done.(A special swingarm is required.)
Stock tank, stock seat, twin shock, monoshock (swingarm for our monoshock) can be installed.
Aluminum battery case included.

Please select the surface finish of the frame from silver anodized aluminum (standard), black anodized aluminum, or Cerakote finish.
*What is Cerakote?
Cerakote is a special heat coloring and normal temperature paint manufactured by NIC and currently used by the US military.
It has been inspected to meet the harsh conditions, and has excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, durability, solvent resistance, heat dissipation, heat insulation and other performance-oriented research and production.
Ceramic is crushed by a special machine and mixed into the paint to improve the strength of the paint film.
Therefore, the surface becomes pear-shaped, but the coating film can be made very thin (25 microns)
Weld marks (beads) can be left on the surface without being hidden.
The adhesion is the highest among all coating materials, and the surface treatment is suitable for frames and swingarms because it does not wrinkle even when bent, and the paint does not peel off easily even by stepping stones.
*Please allow 3-5 weeks on top of normal delivery time.

An option to make the pivot shaft part of the frame Φ12.
*The swingarm side also needs to have the pivot part set to Φ12.
