This is a set of pulleys and pulley bosses that have a gear shift function in the scooter drive system parts.
The outer diameter has been enlarged for light weight and strength, and an original roller guide has been adopted to obtain ideal gear shifting characteristics.
It is possible to change the driving characteristics to low-mid speed type or mid-high speed type by the combination (arrangement) of spacer shims (3 pieces).
[About Type X Series]
Compared with the conventional Type III series, this is a next-generation model with improved durability while maintaining the same performance.
●The material of the pulley body has been changed to improve the strength.
●The material of the slider has been changed to 46 nylon containing carbon to improve abrasion resistance.(Only with slider)
The bushing of the pulley center was changed from steel to copper material.Improved thermal conductivity and wear resistance.
