This light big bore kit is popular for street driving, and you can experience a different engine performance from the stock.
The SCUT series does not require any disassembly of the crankcase, and allows for a significant increase in displacement without leaving the stock crankshaft.
The S-stage allows you to increase displacement without changing the stock cylinder head and crankshaft.

■Φ57 SCUT cylinder/Piston

Φ57 SCUT cylinder has the same design in appearance as the original cylinder of the Cub series engine, but without the skirt part. By adopting this cylinder, it is possible to install the cylinder without any modification of the crankcase even for Φ57 cylinder.
The cylinder is equipped with a temperature sensor as a standard feature, and the cylinder temperature can be measured by using SP Takegawa's built-in thermometer or by purchasing a thermometer.

SCUT cylinders are equipped with an oil jet mechanism
The oil jet cylinder is a cylinder that allows oil to be injected into the cylinder and pistons without replacing the crankcase, disassembling the crankcase, machining the oil jet holes, or adding parts for oil jetting.
The oil injection holes are located directly on the inner surface of the cylinder, allowing for uninterrupted oil injection through the piston skirt and the inner wall of the piston during engine start-up for efficient lubrication and cooling.
The SCUT piston is a piston with a shortened skirt. The SCUT piston is a piston with a shortened skirt, which eliminates interference with the crankcase at bottom dead center.
By using this piston, there will be no interference with the crankcase at bottom dead center.
The piston skirt is coated with molybdenum for better initial acclimation.
