If you have a hand tacker (the core of it), a thin flathead screwdriver and radio pliers (to remove the core), you can reupholster it.Once you learn how to do it, you may want to try different designs of seat covers.(Please be careful not to injure yourself with the core of the tacker when re-covering.)
