Description
It is a collaboration product with Koken Denka, which is famous for selling anodized aluminum calipers such as Brembo calipers.
The black version of the NERO frame is only available on the NERO frame.
Black anodizing is applied after buffing to obtain a beautiful surface finish.
The oil cooler bracket and down tube bracket are included as standard.
All bolts used for the frame are tapered stainless steel bolts.
(Normal GC-020 aluminum frame is steel cap bolt and button bolt)
The surface of the frame is laser engraved.(with exclusive NERO frame logo)
The main pipe is made from the same lightweight, high-rigidity 7N01 material as the popular triple square swingarm.
By fixing the rearset directly to the frame, the rigidity of the step area is improved.
Since the engine itself can be offset by 7mm, the offset sprocket that is required when installing 10-inch 4.0J wheels and NSR wheels is not necessary.

Please select the surface finish of the frame from black anodized (standard) or Cerakote.
*What is Cerakote?
Cerakote is a special heat coloring and normal temperature paint manufactured by NIC and currently used by the US military.
It has been inspected to meet the harsh conditions, and has excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, durability, solvent resistance, heat dissipation, heat insulation and other performance-oriented research and production.
Ceramic is crushed by a special machine and mixed into the paint to improve the strength of the paint film.
Therefore, the surface becomes pear-shaped, but the coating film can be made very thin (25 microns)
Weld marks (beads) can be left on the surface without being hidden.
The adhesion is the highest among all coating materials, and the surface treatment is suitable for frames and swingarms because it does not wrinkle even when bent, and the paint does not peel off easily even by stepping stones.

An option to make the pivot shaft part of the frame Φ12.
*The swingarm side also needs to have the pivot part set to Φ12.

Bearing race is optional for GC-020 aluminum frame.
