The EVO handlebar was developed as an evolution of the original TAPERWALL bar (made by EASTON).
Compared to the 5mm thick CONTOUR handlebar, the EVO handlebar is 4mm thick and offers optimal rigidity and flexibility.
In addition, a special coating is applied to the inside of the handlebars to inhibit internal corrosion, stabilize the characteristics of the handlebars, and extend the life of the handlebars, EVO handlebars pursue a total balance of the elements required for handlebars: durability, rigidity, flexibility (operability), shock absorption, and light weight. The EVO handlebar is the pinnacle of PRO-TAPER's handlebar line.
