Description
This thermostat is installed in the oil line of the oil cooler, and controls the flow to the core according to the temperature of the engine oil.
The valve is opened and closed by a built-in shape memory alloy.At low temperatures, the bypass line is opened to prevent overcooling, and at high temperatures, the bypass line is closed to maximize the performance of the oil cooler.
The valve starts operating at 70°C (±3°C), making it ideal for warm-up operation.

*The direction of oil flow is fixed in the thermostat.*Oil cooler kit is required for installation.Please use the oil cooler kit for thermostat.
*Union size of thermostat side is M14 x P1.5.
*When installing the product, fix it to the frame or subframe, or use a universal brakcet to fix it to the vehicle body.Avoid contact with the engine or exhaust due to vibration during driving.
*This product can be used in combination with the thermostat oil cooler kit.Please check your hose size.
