It is a revolutionary high performance unique to special stainless steel, and it can not be achieves with aluminum or steel!
•Usually, it is a heat treatment (quenching) which is done only to the tip of the teeth, and it takes over 10 hours in STENZ to perform a special full quenching process. As a result of the many excellent performance, it does not span any sprocket. STENZ os exactly the nex generation of sprocket.
•The thickness of the stainless steel used is 1/2 of the conventional sprocket! The durability hidden in the wave stainless steel body that was lightened to approximately 1/2 is about 4 times of aluminum compared to the steel sprocket of the same size! (Compamy Ratio)
•The wave shape of the ultra thin type tooth tip keeps the occurence of mod clogging firmly even for muddy course and continues to drive the machine. It does not compare with the existing sprocket even by this sludge effect alone.
•It holds the strength of significant lateral bending strength about 1.2 times that of aluminum, and indeed more than 4 times the strength of old Z steel in order to ride through rough road surface! In addittion, it also boast 1.5 times the strength of old tough steel X steel also for "rotational direction strength" which is a guideline for the tooth tip deformation degree at acceleration.
•The electrolytic chrome threatment applied on the whole surface boast excellent corrosion resistance and it is a casual dress-up that stands out on the inconspicuous feet, and it has no doubt that you will be notice.
