By analyzing the normal frame thoroughly and setting the 13 reinforcement points, the vehicle frame of Z series will be turned into a highly rigid frame.
● Set of reinforced pipe and plate of chrome-molybdenum steel SCM415H made, having overwhelming high strength.
● Attached pipe for enhancement and plate material are curve-cut with frame pipe diameter with angle are matched of each part. Possible to weld immediately by slight fitting.
● Part of the swingarm pivot includes gasket plate to offer more rigidity.
