Was the installation difficult?
The Left Side of the KLX230R will interfere with the Clutch Cable when it is mounted on the KLX230R.
The position of the clutch lever was adjusted and the clutch cable was arranged so that it would not interfere with the mounting kit in the tie band.
How was your experience with it?
The hand guard is firmly secured. I tipped over many times, but the hand guard did not rotate.
When the hand guard is not in use, the Mount Kit is left attached to the front fork.
Point and hang of installation
Tightening the hand guard after temporarily assembling the hand guard on the mount will help to secure it in place.
Fixing to the front fork is also easy because the bolt holes are long holes.

Hand guard rework eliminated after each fall

Don't regret it after you lose it.
The clamp that came with the hand guard was said to rotate and damage the brake hose when it tipped over, so we changed to this. However, I wonder if there is a possibility of bending the Handlebar or damaging the Top Bridge if it falls down too hard. View detail

As others have written, the Bolt is not long enough for the SEROW250…
The M8×60 Flange bolt is also a pain in the ass to get, so I hope they do something about it.

The Bolt that came with it is too short, so I had to prepare it separately.
The Bolt that came with it is 50mm and I need another 15mm for WR, 70mm is too long so I went with 60mm.

Never spun, never broken!
First of all, the normal Mount made by ZETA rotates a lot, as other people have mentioned in their Impressions.
It has also been damaged and cracked several times.
The wide adjustment range is appealing, but it is not very defensive.
EnduroEngineerRing has the same type of mount that is relatively easy to use and hard to rotate, but ZETA has a wide selection of guards and parts that are easy to find.
I have been using this Mount since it was first released and have fallen over it more times than I can count, but so far I have not experienced any damage to it.
What I think is particularly outstanding is the strength of the Bolt and the sturdiness of the female Screw.
I think the Bolt Body has been subjected to a lot of stress due to the way it is installed, but the Bolt has never been bent or the screw mount has never been crushed.
Of course, it is assumed that the check of the retightening etc. was done before running.
Before I installed this mount, I was worried about the deformation of the Top Bridge and the bending of the PinchBolt, but so far there seems to be no visible negative effects.
It is universal and does not break, so you can buy it once and use it for your next Motorcycle and it is very cost effective.
Installation is done by replacing the OEM PinchBolt with the included long bolt.
Depending on the car model, there may be interference with Brake master or Headlight cowl, but it can be solved by shaving the Hand guard side or inserting 10mm collar at Handlebar end or the connection part between Mount and Hand guard.
The mount itself has two hand guard mounting holes, and the ForkPinchBolt mounting area has been designed to allow for some adjustment.
In addition, it doesn't compromise the overall length of the Handlebar and doesn't increase the stiffness of the Handlebar too much, leaving a moderate amount of Handlebar flex.
Of course it doesn't compare to OpeningGuard, but it's quite a bit different from the Solidly hardened Handlebar Mounting.
If I were to raise one difficulty, it would be that the stress of installation is inevitably applied to the ForkPinchBolt part, so it is difficult to understand the tightening torque.
I can feel a certain amount of resistance when I tighten it by hand, so even if I tighten it to the specified Torque, I think it is probably not tight enough.
However, in the case of the Inverted Front Fork, the torque of the upper pinch bolt does not affect the operation of the fork that much, so I tightened it a little more as a safety measure.

Installed on vehicles with OUTEXStem Stabilizer
I have a WR250X with an OUTEXStem Stabilizer.
It's like the result of FashionRider's decision to put it on for looks.
Blinker is OEM because it is a number plate, but the others are very different from OEM status.
I doubt that the Stem Stabilizer will perform as well as it should, but it can be installed.
I haven't measured it, but it is about 5mm thicker than the collar that comes with Stem Stabilizer.
I could force it to be replaced, but the Blinker Bracket didn't come in between.
Therefore, fasten the Blinker Bracket to the end, and only the upper part of the Bracket between the upper and lower part of the Bracket to the lower part of the Stem.
Stem→Mount→Stabilizer→Blinker Bracket→Bolt.
I was able to install it with the Bolt that comes with Stem Stabilizer, but I think I'll change to a 5mm longer Bolt just to be sure.
