Used for BST36
I used it on a BST36 and it was a little too long.
It's for TMR, so maybe it's just fine there.

? No problem with TMR36.
The product is 28-35, but 36 can also be used without problems.
MIKUNI's Spring is sold separately, but YOSHIMURA's comes with it, so I bought this one.

It can be properly secured by co-tightening with the Float chamber. The moderation of the operation is also fine.
I see that YOSHIMURA has made an announcement that if you want to use it for Big body's Φ36 or more, you need to add Washer in order to Pre-road to Spring.
Also, the bolt must be changed to a 1 pc longer bolt when tightening with a float chamber.
He said that using YOSHIMURA part number 779-000-0096 (which is the concluding Bolt of the Top cover) is just right.

Z400 Idling Adjuster used in applications
[How is it used?
Kawasaki Z400 (22 years old) Used for Idling Adjuster applications in
Used for about one month after installation.
We decided to use it after reading the impressions of those who use it on their Ninja 400.
Z400 is used for touring and sometimes for mountain passes.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As shown in the image. As expected of YOSHIMURA, there were no defects.
Was the installation difficult?
For installation, as shown in the photo, the OEM screws were removed and the adjuster screws were installed together with the springs that came with the screws.
The adjuster knob is attached by removing the Engine Cover Mounting Bolt and using a long bolt to tighten it together.
The bracket of the Knob section has a mounting screw diameter of M5, so it was forcibly pulled by Vise pliers to the M6 diameter of the Engine Cover Mounting Bolt to expand the bracket.
How was your experience with it?
Although it is physically forced to increase the Idling RPM, it does not spit out any particular error and can be used comfortably without any Hunting of Idling RPM.
I was particularly displeased with the sensation of jitteriness at the beginning of Throttle opening, so I adopted this product to cover it by increasing the Idling RPM, and it has definitely fulfilled that purpose.
When the idling speed is set to just before 2000 rpm, the jerkiness disappears and cornering becomes somewhat easier.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Spring
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None
Point and hang of installation
When replacing the engine cover bolt and using a long bolt, be sure to use a steel bolt instead of a stainless bolt.
Using Stainless Steel Bolt in areas subjected to heat is strictly prohibited as it tends to burn.
Anti-seize agent even when using iron bolt (SuRecon, CopperCompound, Anti-seedsetc.) The use of the following is preferred

These are the parts that can be used for the IdolUp.
I installed it for my NINJA400 IdolUp. It works well with no problems.
In last week's figure 8 practice, I found that I have a dour tendency to use Accelerator operation on the rise from low rpm.
So I made it possible to increase the idling speed by using this Adjust Screw.
The results were good, not perfect, but we were able to improve the handling from low rpm.

MT - 25 MT - 03 to IdlingUp!
It can be used for Idlingup of MT-03.
M5 Pitch0. 5 (Detail) is.
Engine When starting the throttle body OEM position (0 position) It is necessary to adjust to.
If you do not go back and do not return, start with Gap, it will be difficult to engage or Idling will be bad.
Although there may be individual differences, since OEM was pushing 2 mm Throttle body,
I made a hole just 2 mm and passed the needle gold, and when I returned Dial, it was designed to not return from the OEM position.

It became very easy to use
Idling screw which was used frequently because of Idling, but it is old and (There is uneven rotation) , Short things (There is a tool) It was very difficult to use and was in trouble. OEM was KEIHIN 's carburetor, but there were no compatible parts, YOSHIMURA (Mikuni) I made a purchase with the intention of processing, substituting for. OEMScrew's Screw is M5 × 0. It was 8Pitch, but YOSHIMURA made M5 × 0. It was obviously impossible to use it as it was with the extremely fine 5 Pitch.
Therefore, using commercially available Dice 0. From the top of 5 Pitch's Screw 0. We cut the 8 Pitch's Screw and processed it so that it can be used. I need some extra expenses and Kill for processing, but as Dial came at hand, I can operate it directly by hand without using a tool and I can adjust Idling accurately with less playing. No. 6 (Right most) Tighten to the carburetor Cover will interfere with the knee so it was very good if you bite Washer between the mating faces of No. 6 Insulator band and tighten together. If you are having trouble with CBXUser please try it. It is slightly worth more than Mikuni, I think whether YOSHIMURA made with Spring, Washer genus is better than COSPA.

Actually it was a confirmed mistake ...
Fixed under photo Right.
Actually, it corresponds to carburetor up to 35φ and noticeable and purchased.
I tried using it for TMR, MJN 38 φ, it is useless for now.
It's just a cheaper than Mikuni's OEM, but I just chose it ...
I plan to use it as it is for the time being

Idling It became easier to adjust!
I am wearing YOSHIMURA's TMR-MJN on D-TRACKER.
The balance of the position of Idling screw of TMR is hard to turn anyway - - -.
It is possible to adjust if there is only a Driver, but turning by hand is truly a difficult task.
I bought this to solve it.
Mounting is done by undoing the OEM's Idle Screw in a loosening direction and just wearing it in the same place.
It's very easy.
In the case of D-TRACKER, it was not even necessary to remove the carburetor.
As a result, it was possible to adjust Idling as desired.
However, I can not find a place to fix Screw itself, and I am in a state where I am showing face from Brahn and Side cover at present.
It is necessary to think about fixing method for this part.
