Air-Free Banjo Bolt Single
[How is it used?
Used for GALE SPEED's Rear brake master.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It is aluminum, so it is light, but it feels cheap compared to Stainless Steel.
Was the installation difficult?
Simply install it in place of the banjo bolt.
How was your experience with it?
Although it is possible to bleed the air from the rear brake without using a separate brake, it is more efficient to use a brake with air bleed.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
The cap is crappy. However, it is cheaper than Stainless Steel, so it can be a compromise.
▼
Because it is aluminum, unlike stainless steel, it will crack if too much torque is applied.

Required for NisshinHorizontal TypeMASTER
I was having a hard time bleeding the air out of the NisshinHorizontal TypeMaster Cylinder. When I used this Banjo bolt, air bleeding was finished without difficulty. The hose for air bleeding sticks firmly and does not come off easily. View detail
Required for the old Crab caliper?
Installed on brembo old Crab caliper.
With the Caliper installed, the Bleeder Bolt is in a position where there is no way to turn it, so it's nice to have a product like this.
This allows you to replace the Fluid without removing the Caliper.
(You have to remove it to bleed air.)
The screw part is too long to fit on the OEM Banjo.
Two Washer on top and bottom (Total Quantity):(1 Set of 4pcs.) I used it.

Rear master - for venting air from the top
I installed it on the upper side of the NINJA400's rear master.
Rear brake piping can be long and complicated, especially on ABS-equipped models, which can make it difficult to bleed.
Therefore, I installed this Air Free Banjo Bolt in anticipation of improving air extraction around the Rear master.
It's easy to install:Remove brake fluid on the rear side, remove the rear master - upper Banjo bolt, then install this Air Free Banjo Bolt. (Crash washer is included in the kit.)
Then inject Brake fluid and remove air. I tried this Air-free Banjo here. The result is probably OK. it is uncertain whether it is the effect of this Air-freeBanjo, but Fluid injection and air removal could be completed in Smooth without air bite.
In the case of NINJA400, if you install the Air-free Banjo on the upper side of the rear master, it will interfere with the original plastic cover. Therefore, it is necessary to cut a part of the resin cover. I used a hot knife to cut the resin cover as shown in the photo.

It's a good way to ventilate (^^) /
MT-03's rear master cylinder has a Bolt Pitch:P1.25Single fits
Because the rear caliper is installed underneath, air is supplied to Master Cylinder side It accumulates in
When you install Caliper, remove the Caliper and Master Cylinder I had the Caliper up high and then aired it out
When the brake fluid has settled down after installation, you can bleed the air out again It's a hassle indeed
Put the Air Free Banjo Bolt on and use the Rubber hammer near the Brake When you're conned, the air collects at the highest point
This is where air extraction can be done efficiently
Until now, we have been considering the strength of Material:I had chosen Stainless Steel, but this time it's a cheaper Material:I made it Aluminum
Durability is a concern, but so far it's not a problem at all

It's always this way, but...
It's always this...the colors. I'm a Red guy...the Hose side is Red and Blue, right? Then the Banjo bolt can't be blue, it's going to be red, blue, blue... if it's red, blue, then the Banjo bolt has to be red, it's not going to be different from each other! But you know, I often go to the motorcycle supply store and they don't have Red Banjo bolts, they're all Blue. Guys, you're wrong, it's not Red, Blue, and Blue, it's Red, Blue, and Red! Also, you know, the price is a little high. The cheap but really cheap ones that seem to be made by Large Riku on Yahoo! or something like that, but the ones with cheaper shades are really cheap. I don't feel like using it because it's too cheap. So, I always end up with this brand, but can't it be a little cheaper? It is easy to remove air from Banjo bolt.
One last point...the rubber cap is not durable...it cracks after a year or so. From the beginning, I change to the Rubber cap of Honda OEM because I know that it breaks. It does not crack.

Material : Stainless Steel's Merit - Demerit
Air bleeding work became easy, but Material : For Stainless Steel it feels a bit easier to loosen. I think that it is better to tighten further after installing it for a while. Breed also.
It is good that Wrench is hard to lick, but on the contrary the fear of biting into Caliper.
Also, Rubber cap has been disconnected with 2 detachments.
I do not want to worry about Parts around Brake, so I'm inspecting it, but it's inconvenient in that sense.
Material : Aluminum may be less expensive and cheaper.

Breed
I bleeded Air for the first time from this Bolt. When trying to purchase Oil Resistant Hose, I did not know the outer diameter of the Banjo bolt bleed part, but the inner diameter 5 mm Oil Resistant Hose matched. It will be helpful if you let me know in the product information. View detail
For Master cylinder installation
In order to install the GALE SPEED Radial pump master cylinder in the state of the Z 800 OE MSwitch box, it was necessary to change the OEM brake line.
At that time, Standard needs to install Banjo adapter removed from OEMMASTER to the part with BreedNipple, Nipple will be gone if that happens.
I found out there, Banjo bolt and BreedNipple are products that are united.
- In order to choose various colors, select Blue of the same color as Tank Bracket.
- Because it was Aluminum, I was worried about the strength, but if I fastened without applying excessive force it would be fine without bleeding after filling with Fluid easily.
- Price is also cheap, Large It is easy to use and easy to use product.
Rubber cap and AluminumCrashWasher are included.

It is beautiful making
I bought ZX9R to attach brembo Radial Mount.
I bought Banjo bolt with Breeder for the first time, but I could exchange safely without problems.
Making is very beautiful, as expected it is Active.
I noticed after attaching, but Breeder is not tight at the beginning - -.
I did not realize I had dropped the Brake fluid (laugh)
I think that it is a structural problem, but from the state that it is not completely entered, Air bleed is Large strange. Because I have a tool to extract air using Automatic for Vehicle's Compressor, I could pull out Air pretty easily, but it would be easier to withdraw from Breeder by syringe back flowing out.
Satisfaction is ◎ because I got very cheap during the Sale period w

It is used for exchanging clutch masters by a master side. Since the place where the master itself clings the hose of a banjo part was coming to the upper part, it was easy to do putting in oil by an air-free type.

Although written on the 2-stroke racing handbook, w appearance it will seemingly be better to exchange for the promotion of efficiency of air-bleeding work is also good, and I think if it escapes also from the exhaust air which was not able to finish escaping from Kon since the caliper and master cylinder side carried out air-bleeding in both.
It is appearance serious consideration.
