It'll be a little easier.
It can be done by anyone who has experience in this field, since all you have to do is remove the OEM exhaust pipe and exhaust system and then install them. In my case, the exhaust system was replaced because the rust had progressed to the point where the exhaust system was installed. Therefore, the comparison between the old and the new is ambiguous.
I think there is an effect of the Exhaust System, but before the replacement, the Motorcycle was good at running slowly at 60 km/h at low rpm, but after the replacement, it changed to a fairly high rpm high-speed type. I can run at low speed, but I have to lower the GEAR more often than before.
As a result, it is highly recommended for those who want to go fast and furious. For those who want to drive in a relaxed manner, OEM is considered better.

First Full Exhaust System conversion
If I had to choose, I chose the SP Tadao PowerBox.
It is about 3/2 lighter in feel compared to OEM.
The OEM was prone to rust, but this one looks very nice.
The sound changed to dry and the idling sound became Large. When turned all the way up, the sound is rather large.
I don't know about changes in Torque or Power yet, but I didn't feel like I was down.
Fuel consumption remained unchanged. It still ran about 32 km per liter.
Even if there is no Power-like change, I am personally very satisfied.

This really feels good!
Tadashi's Struggle to Develop Exhaust System
https://sptadao.com/chu/category/versys-x-250-abs/
I think everything written in the "Mere Old Man" is honest.
Originally, when turning at an intersection in 3rd gear, it was difficult to accelerate and Downshift was necessary, but after installing the PowerBoxPipe, it is possible to go in 3rd gear.
At rpms above 6000 rpm, the engine seemed to be stuck in a spinning pattern, and the rpm increase did not seem to follow the sensation of rotation.
From city driving to high speeds, mountain passes, and all other scenes, the sensation is better. In other words, it feels great! It is now so much better than before.
The only drawback is that the smell of the waste Gas is very bad.
The work can be done by one person, but liquid Gasket is required separately.OEM Material:AluminumGasket is disposal.

Power up at practical RPM range
The installation was on a 2017 model and the installation was done by Shop.
Since the shape of the exhaust pipe has been changed for the 2023 model year, it should be kept in mind that the product is intended for vehicles before the exhaust pipe shape change.
As others have mentioned, the following parts are needed (14181-46E20) (14181-46E20-000) (The "*" is two.)
You can find it by searching for the part number on Webike.
Exhaust pipeConnector:14181-46E20 (14181-46E20-000)
MafrajiyointGasKetto:14771-20K00
It can be diverted without #, but it is better to substitute as much as possible because of the Risk of exhaust leakage.
As for my impression of the installation, I could feel the improvement in the dipstick and the power in the practical RPM range.
Do not expect too much, as the change is not beyond Class, even though it is #.
As a side effect, the weight can be reduced by 1.5 kg compared to the OEM exhaust pipe.
Intake/exhaust systems tend to cause TradeOff when changed, but I don't feel any Demerit even after driving about 2000 km after installation, so I think it is a well thought-out product.

Large Variety Satisfaction
Last year, I bought a new car and for a year I was satisfied with the OEM Exhaust System for city driving, highway driving, Tandem touring, etc. I was also satisfied with NORMAL, but after reading Tadao SP's blog on the development struggle, I decided to purchase the car.
The installation took about 40 minutes, and then my wife and I took the Tandem for a touring trip to a nearby area to heat up the system.
The difference is that when starting off, the moment the clutch is connected, you feel the ease of riding as if the Torque has increased, and on the main road, it accelerates smoothly and powerfully in all GEARs.
What made the most difference was that I was surprised that hill climbing in Tandem accelerated without lowering the GEAR.
I have seen and heard that the Torque of the first gear is thin in other people's impressions, etc., but I feel that the Torque feeling has increased.
This makes me want to change the Silencer, but I will look forward to it after I have enjoyed the performance of the POWER BOX PIPE.

it's the best
When I bought my new GSX250R, I had it installed by a motorcycle shop because it looked like a hassle to install, so I don't know how it compares to the OEM, but it clearly has more torque and power for a 250cc bike. The reason why I feel so is because I have two front sprockets and I own a large and a mid size motorcycle and I feel that it is very fast in terms of acceleration. Normally, I would have thought that with two front sprockets, acceleration would be slow, but when I want to accelerate at a stoplight or when merging on the highway, it is very smooth and I can reach 80 km/h in no time. I like my motorcycle as it is OEM, so I think it's great that I can change the exhaust system and get more power! (Silencer is of course NORMAL). The sound quality becomes very silky and very quiet as the burn-in progresses. The sound quality becomes much silkier and very quiet as the firing goes on. (It does make a nice sound if you turn it) I like it very much because I prefer a quieter exhaust. I like the quiet exhaust sound as I like it very much, but I feel that the brake is very under-utilized due to the increased engine power. I was originally feeling that the brake was not working very well, so I am planning to change to brembo pads or Daytona golden pads. Before I bought it, I thought it wouldn't make much difference, but I didn't think it would be this great. I would recommend this product as I don't think you will regret buying it. View detail
it's recommended
Installation was easy, but the most time-consuming part was the removal and reinstallation of the anti-vibration rubber on the mounting bolt at the bottom of the vehicle body.
Gasket had been purchased and reused since it is only 2300 km old and has not been deformed.
Driving Feel does not feel the drop in Torque at low speeds.
I had originally installed a BEAMSStainless Steel Slip-on Silencer, but I could not feel any change from the NORMAL except for the sound, so I purchased a PowerBoxPipe from PS Tadao. I bought PS Tadao's PowerBoxPipe.
The sound is much LARGER. (It's a good sound.)

I don't think it is possible for beginners.
I bought it to make the exhaust pipe rust-free, and it comes in a bigger box than I expected, so it is better to think about disposal. If you never remove the O2 Sensor, you don't need the O2 Sensor Thread Compound. View detail
Have I increased the Torque?
The sound quality has definitely changed.
It is a combination with YOSHIMURA RS4J. I feel like the sound has become thicker and I can't get enough of the race ish sound at high rpm.
It looks great and isRecommendation.

Response up!
Compared with OEMExhaust System, Axel's Response is much better and accelerates comfortably.
I also changed my front sprocket from an OEM 14T to a Torque (acceleration?) 12T. I also changed the front sprocket from the OEM 14T to the Torque (acceleration?) 12T, so the top end extension used to be a frustrating factor, but it has improved tremendously, and I have no complaints at all, and am having a great time riding the bike.
As for the sound, I'm enjoying the low, fat, powerful sound of the Motocrosser.
I think it will make driving easier on both forest roads and paved roads as you can immediately tell the difference between the OEM Exhaust System and the OEM Exhaust System, so I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for more powerful acceleration and improved top extension.
As for the installation, it was a little difficult because the frame of the car body was in the way, but I was able to install it without any problems.
I think it would be easier and less time consuming for two people to work on it, so Recommendation.

It greatly improves the dynamic response
This exhaust pipe makes my V-strom250 power more flexible in the 3000-6000 rpm range, and the power response speed is faster, which has changed the problem of insufficient power in the original factory! Its exterior color is more beautiful than the original one, and it has also been improved on the sound waves, making the low-speed sound more vigorous. It made me fall in love with my V-strom250 again, and I recommend it to everyone! -------------------------------------------------- -------- This exhaust pipe makes my V-STROM250 power in 3000 revolutions-6000 revolutions, and the speed response speed is more accelerated, and the problem of lack of original power is changed! Its appearance color is better than the original factory, and it has also improved on the sound of the waves, so that the low speed of the speed is more embarrassing. It let me fall in love with my V-Strom250, I recommend it to everyone! View detail
It's easier to use around 3rd and 4th gear.
Considering the compatibility with the OEM Exhaust System, I replaced only the exhaust pipe first.
It matches with SEdition's Frame, so it doesn't look out of place.
And I think the Gold Emblem is a good Point.
With the Exhaust pipe, the first gear is a little harder to use, but it doesn't stall out. It sticks well. And it accelerates smoothly from 2nd to 4th gear, and even if I leave it in 3rd gear hold in a little traffic jam, it runs fine without rattling.
It may be the effect that the acceleration became smooth, but the vibration that pushes up from under the seat is small, and touring became easy.

Before you replace your Slip-on Silencer?
In order to draw out the power band of the upper GSX250R where the low speed torque is large, it was installed. with the OEM exhaust pipe, it was difficult to pull the rpm up, but after installation, it became possible to draw out the power band at high rpm from 8000 to 10000 rpm. After the installation, it became possible to pull out the power band at high rpm from 8000 to 10000 rpm. I think that it is easier to change the exhaust system tuning before you start to work on the Slip-on Silencer because it also led to weight reduction. View detail
Starting and accelerating becomes "easier".
[only PowerBox installed on NORMAL intake and exhaust systems]
I wasn't particularly unhappy with the CRF250M to begin with, and it didn't seem ineffective.
My impression after installing the PowerBox is that the power or "will" to move forward is stronger. (Lol)
The way we've been going at Idling with half a class. (A little.) Stronger. More room on starting acceleration. (A little.) There is. Speed ride when accelerating. (A little.) Good
The Engine Displacement Volume is 250cc and the car is on the lighter side, so I think you can feel this little change strongly.
Almost no change in power band over 7,000 rpm. Bottom line to get there is good!
As a result, I don't think it's so much that motorcycles become faster, but rather that they become easier to ride because there's more room for maneuvering and fee-ringing.
[PowerBox+YOSHIMURASlip-on Silencer]
Later on, I added the Yoshimura Silencer to it.
The goodness of the PowerBox does not disappear and the Yoshimura effect makes the high RPM's feel good.
It feels like a good combination.
I did the installation myself, but it was a bit of a struggle.
The Instruction Manual is easy to understand and the accuracy of the product is reliable, but it is necessary to find the limit that does not interfere with the canister, pipe, and wire on the body side.
When I was installing additional Yoshimura Silencers, I discovered that when I pulled the Clutch Wire, it was interfering with the Pipe, so I reworked it.
All in all, it's a great product that increases the enjoyment of driving a motorcycle, as you can feel the improvement in the Engine output fee Ring.

It's as good as they say.
In terms of power, it's that feeling you get when you reduce the FSprocket by 1T.
You get that Torque feeling at 2500-6000 RPMs, which makes it much easier to ride on pavement while maintaining the NORMAL GEAR ratio.
However, if you really set it to Short (F13, R42, etc.) for Off, it will quickly go over 6,000 RPMs and pass the delicious point.
It's not Engine Displacement VolumeUp, so it's not going to be torque fully across the board.
In my case, eventually Silencer was exchanged and the connection to the top became good, but this is only a bonus. First of all, I recommend the replacement of PowerBox only.

Mostly as expected
I changed it to YOSHIMURA's Slip-on Silencer at the same time, so the output characteristic and sound are very good I don't know which one is more influential, but the result is a poor sounding 4000 at the OEM What I was hesitant to turn at more than a turn, I can now turn comfortably Overall, the volume isn't too loud or annoying to the neighbors, even in the wee hours of the night, so I can leave normally
As a point of caution, it is not possible to use it together with the Engine Guard (Upper) of DAYTONA Lower is available

Evaluation is expensive.
It did not mention that SP Tadao's HP or this purchase Page must separately purchase Gasket, it was written only in Small in the Instruction Manual that was included when it arrived.
Before purchasing various warnings, I'd like you to list it in an easy to understand somewhere where Large.
I thought that the sound became louder and the missing sounds improved. Just because I wanted to replace only Exhaust pipe, I did not personally care about the price side rather than buying OEM's Exhaust pipe again.
