Ohlins forks for 2003 ZRX1200R
Fitment is awesome! The kit includes two Ohlins forks, brake brackets with bolts that fit original calipers and front fender brackets. Everything fits just great. However brake lines are required to be longer than original ones due a new position of the caliper. I bought a new set of brake lines about 3-4" longer. Especially for the left one. Please measure your bike first. It can vary depending your handlebars setup. Didn't have any issues with the speedometer cable. Best mod ever! View detail

I installed it on my ZrX1200 DAEG.
It was quite a challenge to install, but I am very happy with it. It seems to respond smoothly to the input from the road.
There is a wide range of adjustment, so it will be worth tweaking.

I had it installed at a motorcycle shop and they said it was an easy install because it was an Exclusive Design, but the brake dragged and once I pushed the brake pads in and applied the front brake a few times the drag went away! He said he was able to install it easily because it was a new brake pad.
It's expensive because it looks quite different, but it's Recommendation.

Basic of Custom is from suspension.
It is not cheap shopping by any means. When there is a front and rear exchange, 1 of the car body price / 3 or more.
But its performance is felt better than any Parts.
I can understand that feel for the first time running. Ride comfort when running straight on a straight line. It is unusual in the normal road surface Small little road surface. It is supple as if it is on a luxury luxury car.
Suspension from the low speed to the high speed is remarkably good. The goodness of this movement is outstanding also in Cornering, and even on a rough road surface, it is sucked and stabilized on Firmly road surface. Switzerland will follow the movement that uses the reaction force of the submerged sinking while turning to turn it back to the other side.
I was wearing OHLINS before and after ZEPHYR 750 which I was riding the previous time, but this F suspension which became a new model was able to confirm that movement and convergence are earlier.
For Custom, Factor that is also important for appearance. I selected Gold this time, but it stands out from a long distance. It is good to stand out. Because it leads to visible safety.

With NORMAL's suspension, since there was no restlessness of Front by all means consider purchasing.
Since the price is price, after suffering from trouble, I decided to purchase by giving priority to ease of running.
In spite of having chosen Gold, the actual thing has a luxurious appearance that is not hemispherical.
Since there was no way to install Fender in the Instruction Manual, it took a while but I managed to install it.
I'm still boiling down, but the Front has settled down and it has become quite easy to run.
After all, it is saved greatly if the price is cheaper ? ? ?.
