Replaced again.
The DamperOil fell out about 28,000 km after the last replacement, so I replaced it again. View detail
Cheaper and better than OEM sus.
YSS Rear Suspension.
This product is MZ456, which is the least expensive model compared to MG and MU with a separate Tank.
We tend to focus on the presence or absence of Tank, attenuation, etc., but this product EmulsionType. It is also important to note that the part that is
EmulsionType refers to a structure without the membrane that is normally present between Gas and Oil. It seems to be a structure that cannot be turned sideways, which should not be a problem for normal use.
I think it may be affected by a fall, etc.... It should not be a problem for normal use...
For CBR650F there is a caveat.
First, the MZ456 that comes up when searching for CBR650F on webike is CBR650F But Late (Part No. 117-2511224). (Part No. 117-2511224)
(By the way, even in the later stage, the one for CB650F is 117-2511510, so it is different.)
117-2511210 is compatible with CBR650F first half. This product is common with CB650F first half.
As a side note, when I first purchased the MZ456, it was listed on the YSSJapan homepage as having a spring rate of 180 N/mm, but the product I received had a spring of 160 N/mm.
I checked and it was 160 on the YSSHomepage in Thailand, probably due to a model change (the model change for CBR650F changed the fitment a few years ago),
I think you copied and pasted the Spring rate as it was in the previous product.
I contacted YSSJapan about this misrepresentation and it has now been corrected.
I was lucky for myself because I was originally planning to wear a 150-160 Spring. I'm glad I didn't buy the pane...
Now, the installation.
Since it is a full cowl car, the removal of the cowl is a bit of a hassle, but once that is done, there is nothing special to be done.
If the jack is raised behind the center of gravity, except for the rear suspension, the rest can be easily removed by simply loosening the screws.
It has a ride height adjustment feature and was slightly shorter when opened compared to the OEM. it would be better to install it after the OEM standard.
After the replacement and sagging, I actually drove about 100 km.
The comparison is to OEM sus.
First, Spring rate 160N was just right to slightly firm for my 56 kg weight.
I was wondering if 150N would be acceptable if it was for one person only, but it seems acceptable. I might gain weight...
However, it is much better than the OEM suspension. That said, the OEM suspension is so hard that I have not felt Stroke at all (not that I haven't) since I bought the car new,
Still, I think the Damper kept it from stretching so it didn't repel.
Well, not only the 650F, but OEMSpring is often designed to be used by two people, so it is generally firmer...
Damper has only rebound damping and 30 levels.
I thought the weakest one moved a little too much, so I tightened it to 20 steps.
This is good because I don't run Circuit so I can just run normally.
It did not bottom out, nor did it run short on the extension side even with bumps, etc., so it is sufficient for our purposes for now.
I was originally dissatisfied with the OEM suspension and thought that the front suspension was too soft (damping was too weak on the rebound side) and the rear suspension was too firm, so I decided to replace the rear suspension.
Both front and rear finally feel like decent suspension.
Incidentally, the OEMRear suspension is about 100,000, so MU will cost you a ton, while MZ will cost you less.
The price is lower, the spring can be replaced, the damper can be repaired even if it dies, and the damping can be adjusted, albeit only on the extension side, etc. Frankly speaking, there is no reason to choose the OEM.
If I had to venture a guess, I would say that it is inexpensive, and although it is a bit shabby in terms of appearance, it is not that noticeable, so I think it is good enough.

Better than new NORMAL
We decided to replace the Normal suspension because the shaking of the suspension was getting worse and we judged that it had reached the end of its useful life.
I decided to choose an Other Brand Product, and decided on YSS, which has a good reputation for its cost performance.
This Motorcycle suspension replacement is simply a matter of tightening the upper mounting bolt into the Screw hole on the Frame.
It can be done in a short time by simply removing the footpeg cover to remove the upper mounting bolt.
Since there are no instructions for installation orientation, I installed it with the ROD facing down, the engraving and Sticker visible from the outside.
I rode with the manufacturer's factory settings except for the suspension length, and it was firm when I stepped on it while absorbing the impact.
I think it is a good suspension that holds up well. I would like to find the right setting for my riding style by adjusting it from now on.
The delivery time at the time of ordering was around 6 days, but after ordering, I received an e-mail saying that the delivery time would be 3.5 months and delivery would be in July or August, which was a bit of a surprise,
I thought to myself, "It's not possible to keep up-to-date delivery dates for a large number of items, so I'll just wait patiently. Thank you Webig and YSS for your hard work.

The stiffness, firmness, and suppleness of the new car have been restored.
The stiffness, firmness, and suppleness of the new car have been restored.
This is an over-marketed TDM900.
The motorcycle is used for touring (9) and running errands (1), and for touring, it is used for driving on mountain roads, ranging from a comfortable ride to a more aggressive ride with a safety margin.
Before the conversion, there was a feeling of discomfort and near-misses due to poor “splash” and settling before the corner and in the downhill deceleration zone, as well as a large vertical movement in the corner caused by the undulation of the road surface.
After the conversion, the large capacity was improved and it became easier to ride.
It is easier to ride and more secure, and the averaging speed of Touring has increased.
Setting is working Shop to intermediate/standard for now. The improvement effect by the conversion is clear and I am not dissatisfied with it, so I will leave it as it is for the time being.
The price was less expensive and helpful compared to other OEM companies' products and OEM sus, although they are no longer sold.
Spring is red, and I like it because it matches the color of the RedBlack car body.

Performance in Touring is satisfactory
It is a suspension that moves smoothly, and the spring rate is lower than that of NORMAL. It is very smooth and comfortable to ride in the early stage, but it also holds its ground well after sinking down.
I would like to try to adjust it by attacking a mountain pass or loading two cans, but the problem is the pre-road adjustment, which is a maintenance problem of this vehicle (Yamaha 2GH). I wonder if there is enough space to move the adjustment tool.

Expensive, but good
The Instruction Manual said to overhaul it after 10,000 km, but I asked the manufacturer directly because there was nothing wrong with it visually. I asked the manufacturer directly. I thought it would be good if I could run about 30,000 km. The ride quality is better than OEM. The springs are thicker and stiffer than the OEM ones. I thought they were good and I would like to change the Fork Spring to yes. View detail

Ideal for replacing the normal suspension of the GPZ900R.
I replaced the Normal suspension on my GPZ900R and A7, which had been running for 32 years and 85,000km. After replacing the suspension, I drove about 100km and found that the suspension was smooth from the initial operation and softer than the OHLINS suspension. The stability of the corner at about 60km/h is excellent. I used to drive a new A12, and this suspension is just like a new NORMAL suspension. The price is also in the low 60,000 yen range, making it the perfect replacement for the NORMAL. If you are riding a GPZ900R with the old suspension, we highly recommend it. In addition, if you like the Circuit or High Speed Corner, you may need to buy a higher grade.
YSS has a good reputation on the Internet, but I was worried about the price. YSS has a good reputation on the net, but I was worried about the price.
Pre-Road is the shipping state (almost in the middle), the elongation is slightly weaker at 10Click, and the ride height is the same as NORMAL.

Cosmetically outstanding.
Compared to the crappy OEM Shock, the Rear tire & Wheel feel so much lighter.
It absorbs the shock smoothly and the ride is much more comfortable.
It seems to be shipped with a free length of 315mm for installation.
My OEM Shock had a free length of 310mm, so I had to increase the screw-in amount of the End eye to get the
Quantity with the same free length:I set it so it was easy to get the sag out.
Also, when you remove the screw on the top side of the Shock mounting, the OEM Shock's Air Valve is fixed.
Bracket was in the way, and it was not possible to remove the Screw as it was.
I managed to remove it by bending the Bracket with force.
Does this mean I have to bend the Bracket when I remove the OEM Shock too!
After that, you can run it through and see the CompressionQuantity on the pressure side.:I would like to put out a Set.

Large I'm strange
It's an exchange from OEMShock that I missed. A8Japanese specification
I did not get to famous Shock such as OHLINS and NITRON so I made it for this item.
We could buy it at BALL SALE in the 60 th place.
GPZ can be easily exchanged if you install Center Stand. In addition, I also made Grease up around LINK.
It is attached with the same length as the OEM as far as the car height is attached.. Rear's car height rose in empty condition. Even if we put weight over bridges, it does not sink more than OEMShock. (The 27-year-old Shock was a scusque, did not it?)
You can feel the rigidity of the suspension as soon as you start running, you can see that Well stepped on!
I confirmed with Manufacturer that she is setting 70 kg weight. Because I felt a little hard because I was accustomed to missing Shock, I adjusted the elongation softly (Return from Hard back from 12 to 17)
Running swapping Shock has become more fun. Although OHLINS and NITRON are better in performance, YSS is satisfactory enough.
I'd like to try Spring's Pre-road and car harmony and try Iloilo.
I should have exchanged it faster

Is not it a reasonable function and performance
Appearance impression
OEM and same etc. With no force. Feeling that I did not notice that I exchanged after installation
attachment
Especially it takes less time and effort
With running after installation
Impression a little harder than OEM.
I can see the feeling that the movement is smooth and working.
Level as OEM rather than.
Compared to high Shock it may not be good.
If there is not much popularity credit but there are no leaks or omissions on Seal days
I wonder if you think of Cospa.

Why not
YSS's Rear shock is put in this,. The variety and price of the Lineup Lineup are attractive, Brand is safe because it also firmly follows after follow. Because it is a replacement from OEMShock which kept using for several decades, after racking it is good and the ride is satisfied satisfactory riding. View detail
Fits: KAWASAKI GPZ900R, KAWASAKI GPZ900R
Mostly satisfied. It is cheap.
Anyway, it is cheap, there is no shortage in performance if town ride + α.
It is good to be able to adjust the extension and contraction. Canary soft feeling when in the Turushi state (175cm65Kg) So it seems there is a need to pack each one.
A bad point :
GPZ900R (-A11) Because I bought in, I thought that it was a pon attachment, but in our vehicle End Musk Bolt about 5 mm in relation to the thickness of the wall of the eye part, Stainless's Bolt (M12X70mm) And UNut were prepared.
Because there is no 750R Parts List, I do not know whether 900 R and OEM Bolt are the same in the first place ...

Suspended Cost performance of NORMALLevel is good
I think that Cost performance is good. There is performance of NORMALLevel, there is no dissatisfaction on use. There is no problem mounting. Lineup of old car is very appreciated. View detail
