KEYSTER Carburetor Fuel Adjustment Kit Is AWESOME
Yesterday I got my package from webike that would be Keyster Carburetor Fuel Adjustment Kit .This is very special product because it has includes everything anyone wanted to rebuild TDUB early modle carb.Very much idendical to the OEM quality .OEM Parts bit expensive but this kit has everything.According to the OEM PRICES THIS FUEL ADJUSTMENT KIT WAY MORE CHEAPER..I'm currently running oem 114 mainjet and 40 pilot jet and Pilot screw/air screw 1.5 turns from fully seated.according to the spark plug reading (chocalate brown color) that was a great choice.after I got this fuel adjustment kit I wanna try 112 mainjet and 110 main jet with the 37 pilot jet (lean condition).The kit comes with a paper sheet with everything written on it, so even though the sentences are in Japanese, the diagrams on the carb are easy to understand, even if you don't know Japanese..If anyone want to know the english version of this paper ,can download the english version from the keyster website.I would say great investment for the bike and very easy to installed.and will be a great experiment.WEBIKE Shop is one of the best shop for buy finest quality and rare products for cheap prices.webike shop offers great service.so anyone can buy product with confident. webike packaging is awesome.they secure the items inside the box with the bubble (doesn't matter the product size,they do it anyway ) wrap for further protection.I highly recommended.WEBIKE.. awesome people and 5star shop. .Thank You !! Carburetor malfunction
Idling was unstable, and when I twisted the Axel from a constant speed, it would momentarily bump around. I thought it was just this kind of thing since I bought it, but every time I looked at the plug, it was completely black and would not pull a chalk during the winter. I thought the fuel was leaking from the bi-starter valve, so I replaced the bi-starter with an OEM one, but there was no improvement. I replaced the main, Throw, Needle, Pilot, and Pilot screws. (It also came with a by Starter screw, but I didn't replace it this time because I replaced the OEM screw last time.)
As a result, Idling was stabilized and running was improved. However, I could not figure out what was the cause of the problem because I changed all the parts at once.
The other day I changed the exhaust system from NORMAL because the fuel condition was getting better, but I felt that it became thinner as it was draining a little better. I also appreciate the fact that I can adjust the density by myself.

All the parts you need for your Overhaul are available and are more economical than buying from OEM Parts.
The component accuracy was good and reliable.

Overhaul of TA22Acarburetor
[How is it used?
NSR250R purchased at a certain Oak Auction (MC21) I purchased this product for the overhaul of KEIHIN's TA22Acarburetor.
I have been a customer of KeyStar's Kit many times before, so I chose it without any particular comparison to other products.

Was the installation difficult?
There is no particular Instruction Manual, but there were no particular difficulties.
Only the O-ring of the chalk part seemed to be a hassle to replace, so I left it as it was, but the others are working normally.
However, I had to force Needle's Holder in a bit, so it was deformed....
Brass parts, so care should be taken not to force them into place.
How was your experience with it?
The car was originally immobilized but was successfully engineered.
There are no problems with the packing and no overflow occurs.
We were able to Refresh carburetor successfully.

As you can see in the picture, this is all you need to buy, and several Jets are pre-installed.
This product does not come with a Throttle valveGuide Gasket, so if you need one, you should purchase the one that does.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
Not really!
【Review】
I had no problem at all with the product, although I deformed some of the Parts due to my carelessness.
It is nice to be able to buy everything in its entirety at a lower cost than ordering OEM Parts piece by piece.

Used on RG400Γ. CarburetorOEMProduct Contents for old cars are becoming out of print. In addition, this Manufacturer can purchase Gasket without OEM Parts setting, so we have been using this Manufacturer for a long time.
This Fuel Conditioning Kit includes almost all of the original OEM-compliant parts required for Carburetor settings. In recent years, due to global warming, more and more 2-stroke vehicles that have a severe fuel condition need to be re-set.
It would be great if you could also sell Rose, as it includes Product Contents that will never be used.

Thank goodness it was discontinued Manufacturer.
We are grateful for these products because some of the old cars are no longer in Manufacture production.
I think it is a bit of a waste to have extra Parts since it is a Fuel Conditioning Kit.
It would be better if it could be sold Rose or if we could choose what we need.

I have been using it for a long time. I used it for my GS400 and it has been a great help for me because some parts are not available from OEM for older motorcycles. The accuracy is good and safe to use. The instruction manual that comes with the product is also worth reading because it is not formal and contains useful information for DIYers. Carburetor overhaul
I used it on a 250TR carburetor overhaul that had been neglected for about 5 years.
I always use them because it would cost several times the budget to collect this many parts from OEMs.
However, the last time I used it in SEROW, the float valve failed and the overflow did not stop, so I returned it to the dirty OEM and was worried about whether it would work again this time.
Also, it would be great if you could get AirCutValve out there too!
