PowerBox is a popular choice for not only CRF250rally but also 250cc Single.

The motivation for purchasing 19MRALLY50 was Ann Label's
I wanted a RALLY50TrekExhaust System, so I replaced it right away.
Normal muffler is not very impressive, but it has been around for 2 years.
I got on and started driving in the woods from time to time, and the low RPMs were not too much.
I installed PowerBox because it is not Smooth
I can't get rid of the Down Type Exhaust System, though.

It was jerky and unusable below 4000 rpm, but after the replacement

In case of using OEMSilencer, Instruction Manual says that the gasket can be easily removed, but it is probably stuck to the Silencer side. (Is liquid Gasket also used?) It is likely that many will do so.

However, I grabbed it with radio pliers and twisted it, and it came off surprisingly easily. At this time, I had also removed the silencer, so I thought that it would be smoother if I put the exhaust pipe on first.
If you are planning to buy an external Silencer at some point, it will make your work much easier if you buy them at the same time.
Torque wrench is used for the exhaust pipe and the bolt of the engine, and screw lock is recommended for the nut when replacing the heat guard. If you have the right tools, even a beginner can replace it if you take your time.

〜For SEROW250 up to ~2017, it works.

The SEROW225W I had been using until then was getting old, so I switched to a used SEROW250, which was used and reasonably priced.

The initial reaction of opening the Axel is completely different from the 225W era. "Toto..." I was not able to enjoy running because I was confused at the difficult point in mountain play, Accelerator operation of Attack, because I did not have a sense of moving forward and I was not sure about the direction of the Accelerator (until the 1998 SEROW225WE, when I started to open the Axel from a stop). Pong. (The engine is softly and firmly pushed out, making it easy to front up even for me, who is not very good at it, and it was an enjoyable motorcycle as if my right hand and engine were in sync.)
I heard a rumor that SP Tadao's POWER BOX could approach the characteristics of the ancient SEROW225 era, so I decided to purchase it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Unlike OEM steel & heat resistant painted exhaust pipes, Material:The Stainless Steel pipe has no rust, and the Brown tube-like sub-chamber in the middle of the pipe is a cute little exhaust pipe.
Was the installation difficult?
If you are a person who routinely performs light Motorcycle maintenance, there are no difficult tasks at all.
Remove two Bolts on the Engine side⇒Remove the fixed Bolt in the middle of exhaust pipe⇒Remove the Bolt on the Silencer side in the middle of exhaust pipe⇒Front and rear Quantities:Pair (for Left and Right) Remove the Normal exhaust pipe by moving it to the "Normal" position⇒Remove the Joint gasket (it may be difficult to remove)⇒Install the POWER BOX in the reverse order and tighten the Bolt with the proper Torque⇒If you worked with your bare hands, you may have to remove the Exhaust pipe by degreasing it with Parts cleaneretc. Degrease the exhaust pipe with Parts cleaneretc.

How was your experience with it?
It is not exactly the same as 225W, but the response at the beginning of Axel's opening is better. Pong. The clutch, axel, and weight shift make it easier to front up, which makes attacking difficult spots in the mountains much more enjoyable. (This is a comparison between SEROW and other vehicles.)
It is a single cylinder 250cc. Power up like a different Engine!" It is not impossible, but the Torque is a little higher from low to mid speed range, and it may be easier to feel it on forest roads or in the mountains than on the road (you can feel it on the road as well).

Point and hang of installation
It might be a good idea to put a protective Tape on it to prevent accidental damage to the Frame or other parts during installation (this is also mentioned in the official video by SP Tadao).

The Instruction Manual itself is easy to understand, and as mentioned above, SP Tadao's official video also provides detailed explanations & practices so that most Large people can install it as a DIY project.

If you have a heat-resistant liquid gasket at the joints, you will feel more secure. If you have parts cleaner for degreasing after installation, you can prevent sebum and oil on the exhaust pipe from becoming stain after the engine is started.

Is this 280cc?
The well-known SP Tadao PowerBox.
CRF is a good Engine with quite a bit of Torque.
But it is even better with the PowerBox on.
Not to mention 300cc,
280ccBore up? It will have a Torque feel that will make you think, "Is that a 280cc Bore up?

I am happy with the look, sound and Torque.
It is a 2012 SEROW, so it comes with a sub chamber.
I am Large satisfied with the texture, sound, Cost performance, and Torque.
It is also a perfect match for Beam's Power Trek Exhaust.
The joint with the Slip-on Silencer does not require a Gasket, but if you are concerned about it, please use a liquid Gasket.
I am without Gasket and have had no problems with exhaust leaks etc. I tightened the connection ring just to be sure.

I installed this on my second car following the SEROW I gave to my son.
