Non-seal for Racer, surprisingly long-lasting
I used it on my KLX230R for racing and running courses. The non-seal chain has less resistance and is lighter in weight, but I replaced it with this chain and raced the Power Enduro 8-hour endurance race. I think it is possible to choose the non-seal if you are a racer. View detail

Non-seal for use in Race, surprisingly long-lasting
I use it on my KLX230R to Race and to ride on the Course. The lightweight Non-seal Chain has less resistance and is not as durable, but after replacing it with this Chain, I have run 1.5 hours of G650 XCOUNTRYRace, 2 hours of Enduro race, and 10 hours of Others practice run, and it still seems to work well. I feel that this is indeed DID reliability. Another important thing is that the non-seal chain is less expensive. I think I will Repeat with the same Chain for my next replacement. View detail

Comparison with 520ERT2 and 520VT2
[How is it used?
Vehicle used:D Tracker
Driving applications:Off-road, Enduro race
Duration of use:5 runs (about 12 hours)
This product was used when D Tracker was converted to KLX.
ChainMaintenance (Refueling) is per run.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The color of Gold and Black is Large and looks good and satisfactory.
Was the installation difficult?
Since this product is a clip joint, there is no need to crimp or press-fit the joint, making installation easy.
However, the ground needs to be cured as it is coated with Grease.
If they come in contact with the ground, Garbage will stick to them and the ground will be dirty.
How was your experience with it?
DID's RaceChain 520ERT2 and 520VT2 (Driving application:Motard race, Touring) The following are comparative impressions with
Product weight
DZ2=ERT2<VT2
VT2 would also be on the thinner side of the Seal chain, but it was no match for the Non-seal Chain.
・Friction
DZ2=ERT2<VT2
VT2 also had less Friction in the seal chain, but was no match for the non-seal chain.
The difference between DZ2 and ERT2 was not that great.
Life span
DZ2<ERT2<VT2
This is a guess, but ERT2 seemed to still be usable even after 2 Season of use. DZ2 was also not stretched after one Enduro race.
Plating was as good as each of them.
Peace of mind in Touring
DZ2=ERT2<VT2
Seal chain has an overwhelming advantage. However, no matter how hard we drove, the Non-seal Chain's Clip never blew up.
In addition, the above ERT2 (Non-seal Chain dedicated to Motocross) and VT2 (Seal chain for MOTARD and Enduro race) are replaced by DID's Lineup, respectively, but I assume that there is no Large difference from the above impresario in terms of Friction.
This product, DZ2, is for those who want to enjoy off-road driving in a cost-effective manner. We felt that the DZ2 is suited for the use for "Off-road driving with a good cost performance.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Clip joint
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None
[Maintenance hang].
Non-seal chains have the merit that they can be removed and washed with washing oil, so they can be washed very beautifully if only the waste oil disposal method is carefully considered and implemented.
After washing and drying, be sure to lubricate.
Lubrication should be done after each run whenever possible to extend the life of the chain.
Chain lube for Off-Road or lubricant for CRE556etc. (Although the splattering is great.) can be used to relatively reduce the adhesion of mud and sand.

Non-seal light and refreshing Psycho
I have been using Seal chain, but this is the first time I have tried to use Non-Seal.
I was surprised by the lightness and the smoothness of the chain's circumference.
There is some initial growth and some growth after the race, but even with that, I was surprised by the lightness and the smoothness of the drivetrain.
If you are looking for a lighter and smoother chain than the heavier but more durable Seal chain, the latter is recommended for Off riders, although it may take some time to adjust and clean the chain.
The OEM had a chain top number of 118, but I cut one off and got 117, which was just right.

If you don't bother with maintenance
We will wash the car and wash the chain every time because it is muddy after driving off-road. We also lubricate. That way, there is less friction and less elongation.
It looks bold in Gold & Black.
However, maintenance cycles such as Seal chain can be used for Friction and Elongation worsens quickly and it is difficult to perform chain maintenance often. If you're not a person who doesn't become one, I think it's just a short-lived Chain.

The vehicle is 125cc, but the rear wheel I used was 2 for 50cc, so I used it I did
For 125cc power, don't bother with a seal chain rivet joint I didn't have any, so I bought this one
It's cheap but beautiful gold
It's a clip joint, so you can put it on if you have Pliers

I use it because it's a cheap and reliable Large Hand Manufacturer's Chain
It is non-seal, so it is light and moves well, but the durability is worth the price
It grows out pretty quickly and becomes useless

It's light!
From an acquaintance Non-seal has less friction if you do maintenance And I got an ad-vise, so I tried Non-seal Chain for the first time
When you turn the Tire with it jacked up, the weight is much lighter than the Seal chain!
The price is about 2/3 of the Seal chain and the cost performance is outstanding!
However, it seems to stretch fast, and after about 5,000km, I used the Chain Adjuster to its fullest extent It's a good idea
For a cheaper price, exchange Cycle a little earlier
I'd like to try another Chain next time, in non-seal
What made you decide to buy? Gold&Black color, low price
How was your experience with it? There is much less friction than the Seal chain
Was it difficult to install? (In the case of hard parts) No problem, because of the clip joint
What is the point or hang of installation (for hard parts)? The previous chain was CrimpType, so you need a chain tool to remove it But this chain is a clip joint, so you don't need a special tool to change it from next time You can
[Was there anything that disappointed you? The growth is faster than the previous Chain
Do you have any wishes or improvements you would like to make for the Manufacturer? If it didn't stretch a bit more, I wouldn't have to say anything, but at this price, it's a no-brainer
[Do you have any products to compare it to? EKChainHeavy-dutyChain

I purchased it and attached it to other vehicles.
Quality well and little elongation, more than anything, the difference between Non-seal and Seal
I can feel the throttle, so I am satisfied with Large.
To use Oil of 80 W 90 for lubrication, mud dirt almost drops off with washing with water and Brush
Off I am satisfied enough to think that use in a car is limited to this.

Reliability and Cospa
Motorcycle Maintenance uses a cheap non-seal, as it will be a while.. There are good places like light rotation, but what is price is cheap. It is GOOD feeling better to change cheaper Chain more quickly than stretching it at high Chain and rusting.
When the dirt is severe, remove it and wash the jabjub with kerosene. If this kind of arrogance is non-seal. High viscosity ChainGrease tends to accumulate dirt, so wash it and refresh it as well as refreshing as new ,,,
I used non-seal DID from long ago, but without Trouble at all. It was also cheap Chinese made and Chain burned out so choosing a reliable Manufacturer is also Large Off. If the expired Chain is winding around - - - If you think about it or it will be creepy.

First non-seal
I thought that washing of dirt such as mud and stone would be easier this time, and I replaced it for non-sealed chain.
The point that was good first
(1) Easy to install
When stopping Clip I heard that WaterPliers are good, but radiopen is enough.
(2) There is no resistance
It is very easy to move the car body by hand. I just feel like I got lighter while driving. I think that it has a good influence on driving as it can be experienced manually.
A bad point
(1) Fast oil runs out
As it is said, the oil runs out quickly. It will be better to lubricate it as Smooth will disappear if you run at high speed for 100 km.
(2) Weak in normal Chain lube
I tried using a Chain lube with a viscosity of for Off-Road but it sounds like a rattle at around 200 km. On the back side of Chain is 80W-90 (GEAR oil) There is recommendation so it may be better for you.
General review : It is a good Chain that feels what was not in Seal but low Cost.. It takes time for Maintenance to work, but I think it may take as much as 10 minutes per week.

Best Chain without complaint
In replacing the old Chain, from among many items, this product Gold - I chose Black.
I also thought about the Seal type, but my GB removed the Chain case, and since I was a non-seal school from a long time ago, I chose a person to wash and use.
For non-seal type, since the weight is light and the movement of the piece is also light, I think that it is optimum for 250 cc. Seal type is a severe for lubricant, dirt can not be washed with Cleaner etc., on the contrary Maintenance is troublesome. (Because rain can not be used for this GB)
In addition, this product is not a Grease pickle of Ko Lever who tends to be found in other products in Package, it is in a state of smoothness with only Grease painted, it is awesome to be able to attach a pon that does not need to be washed once.
Length designates the number of Piece at the time of purchase (Choice) As you can, you can install it without cutting it. Although the connection is a Clip expression, as before, it seems that there is no problem if using public roads as usual.
Color is Gold - Although it is Black, it is shining with a beautiful Gold color, and there is a very luxurious feeling.
I think this quality is good for this amount of money.

Attached to D-TRACKER-X
OEM's Chain tried to replace it because it seems that it can easily be removed with a lightly pressed Clip type Seal chain, Non - seal Chen was favorite at KSRPRO. It seems that the handling got somewhat lighter? Because the initial elongation is quite good, adjustment essential (Sockets 21 and 27 are required). I am used to KSRPRO so I will not be bothered, but I think that if it is possible to perform lubricant maintenance more frequently than Non-seal Chain, it is a good thing.
However, I am sorry that the color is only Gold, personally I think that Silver was good.

It is very good for Cost performance. For those who are frequently maintained, Non-seal is easier to handle and I think that it's easy to use because there are few Friction. I do not feel like using Seal chain even if I think about the price difference without dangerous thing like thousands of kilometers in durability.
Also looks good with Black & Gold Parenthesis nice and not cheap. If you are a person who runs off-road you will soon get dirty so Maintenance of Chain is also frequent, so I do not think there is any negative element in particular.
