Ideal for protecting engines and drivetrain for both NORMAL and Tuning
Self-produced, LightTuning engine for C100EX (Centrifugal Clutch) and used on a vehicle with a MONKEY suspension combination.
The OEM MONKEY hubs were subject to large stresses and could be damaged, so this product was used.
It is effective for starting, protection of Shift change and acceleration/deceleration Shock, extension of Chain life, reduction of body fatigue, etc.
The damper is rattling after about 7000 km after being used from new, so I personally wish the durability of the damper was higher than 10000 km.... The torque resistance of the threads seems to be a little weak, and when tightened in Overtorque, the threads are likely to be nipped.
Although it is not the perfect product, we are generally satisfied with it because it is a product that can be used for a long period of time, with repair parts available for each part.

My Monkey is 27 years old.
It is about time for various parts to begin to show signs of wear and tear, so we chose this product for our first custom parts in a long time.
This product was purchased with high expectations because of the good reviews in various places.
Installed by myself immediately.
The work itself is Level, which is possible if Tire replacement can be done.
Remove the Chain, remove the Rear wheel, remove the OEM hub, and replace it with this product. Assembly can be done with the supplied tools only.
(I used Torque wrench …...).
It takes about 1.5h from wheel removal to non-building cleanup.
And finally, this week, as testRAN, we go to PetitTwo!
The first thing to do is to start the ride with a very effective Large!
Shock is much less when I put it in first gear from Neutral!
In addition, 2-speed→3-speed→4-speed. Also 4-speed→3-speed→2-speed.
Large width improvement!
And furthermore, even with the Shift change on the pass, the shifting Shocks are gentle!
(It does not mean that Shock is zero.)
We felt that this product would extend the life of Monkey.
I think the price is commensurate with the functionality, but as a small-spender, I personally wish it were a little cheaper.
This product can be recommendation for Monkey riders.

I installed a for MONKEY hub on the DAX
My DAX, when making the front wheels Disc brakeSpec
I used GCraft wheel spacers and Daytona hubs to build it
This time, I decided to use Takegawa hub to match the spec. of the front wheel
I used a GCraft wheel spacer to build the rear wheel
Since the brake is still a Drum, the combination of the Brake Panel of DAX and this hub but
The hub and the Brake Panel interfered with each other and did not rotate smoothly with the bare assembly
So, we adjusted the thickness of the Spacer of 12mm inside diameter to eliminate the interference of the panel
Because the thickness was 8mm, the thickness of the Spacer on the Drive shaft was indicates an area of expertise
We decided to reduce it and maintain the overall width
Also, I'm going to put the Wheel & Tire in reverse from when I was working with the OEM hub
If you don't put it together, the Tire position will be Offset to Left
Please be careful if you want to make the same Spec
Sprocket will also be using for MONKEY, not for DAX
I think it depends on the owner, but for MONKEY, which is lighter in both price and weight, is a better choice to use I think there is a Merit
In terms of weight, the OEM hub + Tire + Wheel weighs 7.1kg
Takegawa hub + GCraftSpacer + Tire + Wheel is 6.8kg the..
We were able to save a small amount of weight
I am very happy with the functionality of this product, but the quantity:1 Set of 3pcs. parts of each
Material feel and finish is RoseRose and not very good looking

Required for Bore up car
Introduced it because it became more frequent to get on the street after setting it to 88 cc with Head.
It gets easier to get on as it is reputed. Low speed Axel ON / OFF, Gear changing when riding speed, all are good impression. OEMOption is OK even this.
Just because I do not want to break the 8Inch Balance, it is hard to not use RearSprocket 28T or less.
Outside Clutch - It seems to be severe in 8 Inch unless the primary reduction ratio is changed by Mission etc.. Because I am 3. 50 to 4. It is going to be a Tire of 00.

You can experience the effect
Every time I put it in the 1st gear from Neutral, there was a shock with Nacho in the Normal hub, but after the exchange I became a pushing gear and the impact was relieved.
The feeling of being shaky when running is reduced, making it easier to run.

It is a modest Custom, but you can ride with confidence.
I purchased it with expectation for a bit because I was shaking when I shot up or down. The impression clearly reduces the vibration. Shift change to Mild with Damper effect
As GORILLA's Rear hub which had been left for a long time was rusted, I was looking for a new one and OEM, but I found this item so I tried it.
In this product, the part which supports Tire and Sprocket part is connected by Damper. Damper itself is quite hard, and there seems to be no power loss during driving. The main effect is that the feeling of being shaky when the Shift change was surely made by the effect of Damper is gone.
Especially when Downshift is done, Tire will not be locked, Embr? will start listening to Smooth.
Also, Sprocket's transformation etc etc. There is no place now.
Although it is apparently plain Tune, in order to ride Motorcycle off Large it is recommended to call Large Tuning.

As expected, superb quality. Not has expected - and an excellent bonus: with this Takegawa kit, my tire becomes perfectly centered! To explain better: when I changed the OEM rear wheel/tire (2.5' wide / 8 inch) to a 3.5' wide / 10 inch Daytona wheel (OEM type, i.e., with offset), the new tire there (130/70) then almost rubs the swingarm (@ righ side); not good... But after putting this kit problem is solved! No spacers or tricks needed. Note that photo is with my current setup of a 3.0 / 10 inch / 120/70 wheel/tire combo; works also. Chain clearance and aligment OK. Of course: with the rear centered one must focus on the front also (that was solved with Kitaco 30mm type-X fork/hub kit, see my other review). View detail

the wheel hub is of high quality unfortunately this wheel hub for wide wheels mounted with other stand stud but it is and you can mount a spacer but it must not be thicker than 4 milimeter not suitable to install a spacer.
