I finally bought it.
[How is it used?
I bought this to replace Chain.
I've been wanting to get one for a while,
This is a moderately high-end product, isn't it?
It's been 10 years since I put it off, thinking about how many times I'll have to replace the Chain before I die,
I decided to buy it because I mainly play Race and I thought that the frequency of Chain exchange would be there as well.
How was your experience with it?
The Instruction Manual was properly included so I could use it with peace of mind.
I used to use tools like Chain Tool only or Crimp only and I would ruin them quickly. (I would like to believe that my usage was not good)
It can be used simply because it has few configuration parts.
Also, the cans DID look stylish. Cool.
When I opened the lid, it was skunky, so I put the Sponge that came with Brake Pads underneath to make a Cushion.
[Points to note]
I think it will not be a problem if you read the basic Instruction Manual, but you might want to buy a spare pin for cutting.
If it breaks, the motorcycle will not be able to run!

No failure because it does not tighten beyond the specified value.
I replaced the 520Chain of Kashime Joint by myself for the first time.
It was a difficult Image, but with the Chain Cut & Crimp tool, the old Chain Pin removal and attachment,
The new Chain was easily press-fitted and kinked.
Chain Cut & Crimp tools are designed to prevent over-tightening during press-fitting and crimping.
I was able to complete my arrival with peace of mind because I was there.

Nicely done.
It's not something I use often, but it's a hassle to take it to the shop, and it's convenient to have it on hand, so I bought it.
I've had the experience of buying cheap ones in the past and having them break down quickly.
I thought it was a bit expensive, but it was the right decision.
As expected from ChainManufacturer, the construction is solid.
It is easy to use.
Recombination of parts and Quantities:The set position can be changed to perform a series of operations from cut to press-fit to crimp, which is very well thought out.
Plate press fit and Crimp to the specified values, respectively.
We tightened it up several times while measuring the dimensions.
The work was completed smoothly and without problems.

I was able to work on it for the first time without any worries.
This single tool can be used to cut, press-fit, and crimp a chain.
We actually replaced 530 Chain.
I was a little apprehensive before working on it, but I found the design to be very workable.
The work itself requires 27mm and 19mm spanners and glasses, but the long size can be done without much effort,
The rigidity of the object itself allowed us to work without anxiety.
If you don't know how to do it, DID has a detailed work instruction video on YouTube, so you can do it without making mistakes.
In addition, in the event of damage, Repair Parts can be purchased for each part.

First Chain Exchange
First time to exchange Chain, Cut & Kashime without any problem.
But how much Plate press-fit and how much Crimp should I do?
I couldn't make a decision and managed to do so with the help of others.

This is it! Well done!
Although it is expensive, it was surprisingly easy to replace the chain when the essentials were grasped and used. The chain I bought was too long, so I cut it with the same number of links.
Cut:Cut the head of LINK with File until there is almost no difference between LINK and Chain. Cut Kashimaru-kun to Quantity:I checked the position of the LINK and Shimamaru-kun and tightened Shimamaru-kun's Screw halfway around to check the position gap. Then, the screw was easily pulled out.
Press-fitting:Apply plenty of grease to the O-ring and surrounding area, and press-fit the plate. When the screw tightening becomes heavy, remove the "Kashimaru-kun" and check the press-fit condition. Check the height of the plate by applying Scale to the next Chain Plate and the press-fit Plate as shown in the photo!
Crimping:Kashimaru-kun is rearranged for Crimping and Crimping begins. After the machine is heavy, check the Crimp condition and confirm that there is not enough Crimp by comparing with the picture in the instruction manual. As shown in the picture, take the side to be crimped in your hand and check the gap between the plate and the crimp. If there is a gap, the Crimp is insufficient. Re-qualify the Crimp.:Set and crimp the screw, and when the screw became heavy, check the crimp condition again and this time it was OK.:The second pc was the same, and I was able to Crimp the second time, so I felt that I did not have to break Kashimaru-kun if I thought about completing the press-in and Crimp in the second time, rather than finishing it in the first time.
After the test run, it was found that there was no problem, and the results were good.
Now that I understand how to use it, I would like to use this Kashimaru-kun for Large things.

Well made product
It was a product that would not be difficult to replace Chain if only I had this.
Chain exchange was so easy that I could remember to use it once.
However, the Gold amount is a bit high. However, the Gold amount is a little high.

Box is Upgrading
I used to borrow the Chain Cut & Crimp tool most of the time, but I decided to purchase it again because I thought it would be worthwhile to own a proper tool.
The contents remain the same, except that the box has been Upgraded to a Gold box and the Instruction Manual is new.
As always, very easy to use and secure Chain exchange.
You need a 19mm Socket or glasses Wrench or a 27mm Wrench (I use a MONKEY Wrench instead of 27mm).
It is often said that the pin breaks when cutting a chain, but if the holder is firmly fixed and the pin of the chain and the pin of the Chain Cut & Crimp tool are straight, the pin will not break. I have never had a broken pin.
It is an important point to ensure that you work with Kashimaru-kun's Holder because there are positions A and B and a place where Chain's Plate fits tightly into it.

useful products
I usualy replace, reduce the chain size, or increase rear sproket size on my motorcycles, the DID cut and rivet tool can do this easily. DID tool is very solid, compact and easy to use. View detail
A useful tool to have!
I bought this to replace the RC390 OEM chain that was a bad chain that would stretch easily even after maintenance.
I purchased this product along with DID's 520VX3 (ZJJoint included).
The work method is clearly explained in the video of Mr. DID on the product page, so it is recommended that you watch that video before working on the product.
I think the product is worth the price, but since it is a Chain Replacement Tool from ChainManufacturer, I have a feeling of trust in it. I decided on this product.
I was worried about my first Crimp job, but thanks to the Instruction Manual and DID's video, I was able to work Smoothly and I am very satisfied.

I am glad I bought it. It was expensive, though.
I like the idea of working without thinking and getting the dimensions on my own.
However, due to its shape, it cannot be worked at Sprocket's place.
I need a 19mm and 27mm Spanner but I don't have one.
Instead, with 3/4in Socket and MONKEY. No particular inconvenience.
I'll leave a Memo for next time, the NORMAL Exhaust Bracket is in the way.
It is more efficient to remove the Chain Guard or Exhaust Bracket.
The old Chain seemed to have grown more than expected and the Adachi LINK was not reachable.
Before cutting the chain, the Axle should be pulled more toward the Front side.

Chain replacement is DIY too!
I have used Enuma Chain's Screw joint before. This time, it is a high power CBR machine,
Select Rivet Joint. Purchase the Chain Cut & Crimp tool since you will be doing the work yourself.

Pin is weak.
You can find a video of how to use it on YouTube.
It was easy to work with, though,
Not suitable for LINK number adjustment.
I didn't see the Chain adjustment in the video to begin with.
I worked with the same capacity as it was and the Pin broke.
Recommendation to purchase a Pin Cutter (sold separately) just in case.
The product itself is easy to use, but requires 19 and 27 Glasses.

It is still a useful gem, but ….
I used to use it on my Motorcycle, but when I gave up my Motorcycle, I gave up this Chain Cut & Crimp tool as well, and now I am returning the Chain Cut & Crimp tool as well.
For normal riding, the chain replacement is done once every few years, so it would be more reliable and secure to have a shop replace the chain, but if you want to do it yourself, or if you travel a lot of miles on your motorcycle and wear out the chain, or if you own several cars, you may want to purchase a chain.
We want to do it ourselves, so we repurchased this easy-to-use product.
It had been so long since I had used it that I had forgotten how to use it, but if I followed the Instruction Manual, I was able to complete the process from Chain Cut to Crimp without any problems.
First, when cutting the chain, I wondered if it would be better to cut the head of the pin, so I attached a carbide bar to the tip of the electric drill and tried to cut it off, but it was difficult to cut only the head of the pin, and it became more and more troublesome.
The only thing you need to pay attention to is whether or not you are hitting the pin core properly, and then just screw it in.
Next, the Plate is press-fitted, again following the Instruction Manual.
When you crimp the pin at the end, you may be concerned about the degree of tightening, but I think you should just tighten it until it hits the plate and stops.
I was afraid to crimp, so I measured the diameter of the original pin and tightened the pin in steps until the outside of the crimp pin stopped hitting the plate.
Although it is at your own risk, I think it is an excellent product that can handle a whole range of tasks as per the Instruction Manual.

Easy and reliable.
I replaced the chain for the first time and was able to follow the instruction manual without hesitation. I think it is a good product. It's a pity that I don't have many chances to use it. View detail
I bought it because I like DID chains.
I like the DID chain, so I bought it for self-maintenance. I like all motorcycles regardless of high displacement or low displacement, so I ordered a 40 series set and am preparing it together. First of all, it is possible to install a third-party chain, but for accurate riveting, we intend to use it exclusively for DID chains. -------------------------------------------------- -------- I loved DID chain and bought it for self-maintenance. Since I like all motorcycles without low levels, I also ordered the 40-series set. First of all, you may be equipped with a third-party chain, but I want to limit it to DID chain for accurate rebatings. Powered by Google Translator View detail
Easy Chain Exchange.
[How is it used?
I wanted to refresh the suspension of my YAMAHA XJR400R, but I decided to do it by myself because it would cost a lot of money if I asked a motorcycle shop.
There are a variety of chain replacement tools available from various manufacturers, but the Chain Cut & Crimp tool had a good reputation and is compact enough to store a large chain.
Another deciding factor was the helpfulness of the official Chain exchange video.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was just as Image.
As for the weight, it is quite solid. It can be stored in a special box, which is quite convenient.
How was your experience with it?
It was quite easy.
I have replaced a Chain on a machine at work and it was much easier than the tool I used then lol.
It is difficult to get lost because you can do it while watching the video and the tool itself is also marked.
[Points to note]
There are sometimes people who break the Pin.
As shown in the video, tighten slowly at first, making sure that the angle is 90°.
Even if you break it, you can buy it as Single Body except Body as Spare Parts, which is great.
How did it compare to other products?
Although other manufacturer's products are cheaper in terms of price, they seem to have less accuracy and strength, and many cases are large and difficult to store, so we think this Chain Cut & Crimp tool is the best recommendation.
I think it will pay for itself if you use it twice, so if you think about it that way, it's a bargain lol.
Point and hang of installation
Anyway, I think it is to be done carefully and slowly.
When press-fitting, it is best to measure the thickness of the other pieces with Caliper.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
27mm and 19mm Wrench are required.

Chain Cut & Crimp tool for chain exchange
I used it for the first time for my own Chain exchange and was able to do it successfully while watching the video on Net. I thought it would be easier for beginners to understand if there was a more detailed instruction manual. View detail
I was able to do it for the first time!
Chain, SprocketQuantity:This is the replacement in Set. I had seen the video on youtube and was able to cut and crimp the set without any problems. I was a little nervous when I heard a squeaking sound when cutting, but I was able to tighten it slowly and safely. I think this product will last a lifetime if used properly. View detail
