Cutter pin broke
I used DID Kashimaru #50 series set to replace the chain all my bike. The work is very easy but I once did the wrong way so cutter pin broke. I order new DID cutter pin #50 to replace. View detail
Keep a spare.
When cutting a chain, the Crimp pin is shaved off to make it easier to pull out,
Since it was cut at an angle, the Pin Cutter also entered and broke at an angle.
This time there was a problem with my work, but it is a very heavily loaded component,
I think there is no harm in having Spare.

I did it, so I bought it.
I used Kashimaru-kun to Cut&Crimp the 520Chain I purchased because it was a bit long.
…… made a mistake in using it when Crimping and broke the Pin.
So when you Cut, you do it on the Pin side, and when you Crimp, you flip the Crimp pin over lol.
After I folded it, I learned about it when I was told about it.
To be honest, it looked like it was going to break when I cut it, so I shaved the tip of the Pin with Belt Thunder before cutting it.
Incidentally, this Crimp&Pin Cutter is made of extremely hard Gold.
It cracks without bending.
It has already cracked really crisply and cleanly.
Well, I thought it would be a good idea to buy it, but I laughed at the very good price.
Even though it is a special Parts, such a small Parts is 2,000 yen for 1 pc.
I really wanted to use Large next time.

Thank goodness for Repair Parts!
It's been a while since I used it, but I crimped with the stick when I crimped.
It snapped off beautifully. (Lol)
Well, you're gonna break it;
I was looking at the Instruction Manual …
I didn't need to see it to know how to use it. LOL
It's strictly forbidden to work while looking at the instruction manual at random.
It was really helpful to have Repair Parts.
Thank you, Mr. Daido.
This time, though, Chain is Enuma. (Lol)

DID Kashimaru Rivet & Cutter Pin
A device for extruding the pins of the chain connection. It fits into the groove in the center bolt of the DID chain puller. On one side of the fixture there is a riveter for connecting the chain, and on the other there is a pressure pin. The mechanism itself is hardened and very fragile. If you press out incorrectly, you can break the pin. I already did it. But I still recommend it. View detail
I thought I couldn't break...
I've used the Chain Cut & Crimp tool many times to do chain swaps.
I thought there was no way I could break the Pin Cutter, but I did.
I was caught off guard.
You probably didn't hit it straight.
Repair Parts is here to help you in the future.
However, the price might be high?

Hmmm. It's hard to evaluate.
The size of the Pin Cutter that originally came with the Pin Cutter did not fit, I purchased it. But the Chain Cut & Crimp tool is great. It makes a great crimp! 。 View detail
As a backup in case it breaks.
It often breaks when cutting, and I don't want to postpone maintenance because I don't have a replacement pin, so I bought it as a spare.
If you do it in a hurry, you won't have to break it …

Purchased as Repair Parts
There may be one, but I bought it because it broke when I pulled out the Pin
When there is no problem, you can tighten the Chain Cut & Crimp tool without any resistance when tightening it You can do it, but if you feel the slightest resistance, it's better to stop immediately If you don't, it will break off in a flash, so you need to make sure it's going straight in at that moment I should have made sure of that
The Chain Cut & Crimp tool itself is a good learning tool It's easy and I love it, so I'll be more careful next time

This is a part that you absolutely must have a spare.
Even if you use it carefully, it will always break due to Gold genus fatigue. This time, it broke without a sound at the stage of not applying Large force.
If this happens after you turn off the Chain, you'll be left with no way to chain the Motorcycle, so you'll need to keep a spare 1 pc on hand at all times.
Large How many crimped bodies do you have to reach the limit? I wonder if the 20 or so Chains were Crimped because they are shared by an unspecified number of people?

Is good
Although there is, there is a crimp Pin, pulling out Pin, when you caulk, you can hang out with Pin and break it .... Is it natural?. When crimping, I have to reverse it properly. View detail
A little anxious.
At the time of Cut, the core was slightly shifted and it was damaged.
Because it depends on the situation of Crimp, in advance Thunder etc.. You can skip your head
Enable reliable Cut. However, because it broke easily, anxiety remains in Material.

It is necessary as Spare of Kashimaru
Kashi Maru, who lends to people and comes back after being folded.
I can not break it even if I misuse it, but I also broke 1 pc at the beginning.
As I lent it to people this time, I came back after a splendid break, so I purchased it as Spare..
If you know how to use hang, it is not like a break.

Purchase to spare
I bought it together when I bought the Chain Cut & Crimp tool. Pin is a consumable item, and it is also a preliminary purchase insurance..
The item itself was quite the same as Pin that was attached to the body of Chain Cut & Crimp tool.
I will be in trouble if it comes in immediately, but the worried person is cheap and I think I can have it in one reserve.
