Serves the same purpose as the Honda gasket

About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is a metal gasket that deforms when pressure is applied to seal between the cylinder head and the exhaust header pipe. About the feeling of use, Serves the same purpose as the Honda gasket, no noticeable difference.Seals well with no exhaust leaks present. Products to buy together, For you exhaust installation it would be ideal to add high temperature silicone to your cart to seal all the other exhaust pipe connections for a zero leak installation. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the exhaust system gasket for my installation is was very easy due to the ease of access to the exhaust stud nuts and simple nature of the task. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is great. You receive a gasket to use and a spare made differently from the Honda gasket but serves the same purpose and are priced the same as the Honda gasket. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 48 hours of me placing the order and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. I find the link supplied to track my order very useful and the order arrived within the estimated date range. Since it is Gasket, I am not sure how it differs from others, but it is not particularly crudely made or anything, so I think it can be used without problems.

It is very good because you can buy it for about half the price of OEM.
Basically, the exhaust pipe can not be reused, so it is necessary to replace it every time the exhaust pipe is replaced.
Cheap is good because they need to be replaced.

Reliable Quantities:1 Set of 2pcs. helped!

We prepared this item because we need to remove the Exhaust System when replacing the Rear shock of CT125. As we are planning to replace it with SCRAMBLER Exhaust System next month, we have prepared this product.:1 set of 2pcs. is convenient! However, when we reinstalled the exhaust system this time, we seem to have forgotten to remove the old gasket (W), and it was tightened a little off. Fortunately, there is no leakage, so we left it as it is for the sake of time, but when we have time to work on it, we plan to take it off and put it back on in the proper position. The quantity of the new exhaust system was originally supposed to be used for the new exhaust system next month.:2pc. I was able to use the second set of Gasket, so I did not have to rush to order more.
Since these are inexpensive parts, it is always a good idea to procure several amateur mechanics for this type of Gasket and ORingetc. View detail

Smaller than OEM

I used it on my YAMAHAXG250 TRICKER and the outer circumference is smaller than OEM.
There were no functional problems and no exhaust leaks, but there was no snagging at all during installation, making temporary fixation very difficult. View detail

Excellent for Cost performance

[How is it used?
It is used as Exhaust Gasket on XJR400R.
We are replacing the oil filter every 6000km, but because it is an external full exhaust system, the exhaust pipe must be removed when replacing the filter, and the exhaust gasket must be replaced.
Up to now, YAMAHAOEM Product500 yen/piece×4 pieces would be 2000 yen, so it was quite an expense, but this product is Quantity:2pc. I purchased the set for 450 yen, which is a very reasonable price, and I thought it was a KITACO product, which is a famous manufacturer, so I could be sure of its safety.

How was your experience with it?
The product itself is OEM Product and little manufacturing method (Material) seems to be different.
Is this a problem since they are about the same thickness, I've been using Liquid Gasket in conjunction with it and so far no disposal leaks and I'm happy with it.
I am a little concerned about the next time I replace it because other reviews said that it was very sticky when removing it.

How did it compare to other products?
Anyway, I think the price is excellent.
There are also several Other Brand Products, but their prices are not that different from OEM products, so it is safer to buy OEM products.

[Points to note]
I have to install the exhaust pipe after attaching the Exhaust Gasket, but it falls off at a high rate.
If you do this, you will pick up sand on the ground and it will be a hassle to wipe it off again. It is a good idea to apply oil or Liquid Gasket to the backside of the device to prevent this problem.

More cost-effective than buying OEM

[How is it used?
We used it to return the Exhaust SystemNORMAL for an XJR1300C that was about to be inspected.
There were no exhaust leaks and, of course, the Size could be used Exactly.

How was your experience with it?
This is a comparison with OEM Gasket, but it is just as cosmetic.
It is no different from the OEM in terms of performance or preventing exhaust leaks.

How did it compare to other products?
KITACO has a white core and paper-like material, while KITACO has a white core and paper-like material.
I wonder if the OEM is the Gasket that contains Carbon, and the Material that seems to make it easier to remove the Gasket the next time it is removed.
However, while the OEM is 1pc. and the list price including tax is 506 yen, KITACO is Quantity:2pc. The cost is 500 yen for the set, so it is very cost-effective.
In this case, we used the OEM for the return of the OEM Exhaust System after the vehicle inspection.
It will be two years before I take it off again, and I don't want Gasket to be stuck on the Engine side....

[Points to note]
KITACO's Gasket of this type is Large strange to peel off after long use, so OEM is recommended for those who do not like it.
If the surface of the Gasket falls off and is annoying during installation, you can apply a thin layer of liquid Gasket to the surface and stick it on, making the work smoother. View detail

[How is it used?
Used on CB250RS-Z.
Replaced in conjunction with repainting of Exhaust System. It is a consumable item.

How was your experience with it?
There were no problems.
There appear to be no exhaust leaks.
The size is too Exactly, so it did not go in easily, and I had to lightly tap it with the MechanicalSeal installer to get it in.
I need two for my CB250RS-Z, so the two-pack was just right.

How did it compare to other products?
I have not used any other products, but chose this product because it was the cheapest.
Since it is KITACOBrand, you can be assured of its quality.

Size is quite Exactly, so you have to tap it a bit to get it in.

Small Additional Price to Pay When Installing a New Exhaust on the Monkey 125

About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the exhaust system gasket from Kitaco. A compressing gasket with an external diameter of 32mm and an internal diameter of 26mm. About the feeling of use: The exhaust system gasket is a firm fit and holds itself in place once positioned and has sealed the interface between the exhaust port and the exhaust pipe with zero air leaks. Products to buy together: Some replacement exhaust stud nuts would also be desirable to purchase along side exhaust system gasket as mine were cosmetically damaged from using an open end spanner due to the thickness of the exhaust pipe and not being able to use a socket. Difficulty of installation: The process to install took about 30 minutes, loosen the exhaust stud nuts so you can lower the exhaust pipe to access the exhaust port to replace the exhaust system gasket. The old exhaust system gasket was very tight and difficult to remove on this motorcycle and required the use of a small flat screwdriver to lever it up from the bottom edge and I would recommend using something softer as the screwdriver slightly maked up the exhaust port surface. Refit the exhaust stud nuts and tighten to 27N.m. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting two quality gaskets from Kitaco that are always in stock and ready to ship but the genuine Honda gasket is slightly cheaper but you have to wait a while for stock to be available. About shipping and packaging: Sea freight was my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but currently this service is unavailable from Japan Post, EMS is much faster which is nice. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: Kitaco or K-Pit offer many replacement gaskets for the Monkey 125 that can be viewed in the Kitaco engine tuning and maintenance parts catalog and stock is available and ready to ship here on Webike. Exhaust SystemCarbon cleaning

It has been 1 year and 8 months since I bought YamahaXG250 TRICKER as a new car, and the mileage has exceeded 45,000km, so I looked inside the exhaust system and front pipe of the Beams that I replaced three days after delivery and found a lot of carbon on the inside of the Thailand pipe. When the front pipe is reinstalled after cleaning, the gasket will be replaced to prevent exhaust leakage.
