Useful for overnight touring
For rain protection on FTR touring...
Purchased for rain protection since the Air Filter Box is removed.
A little longer down there would have been perfect.
If I had a couple more inches.
But in the meantime, I think I can manage to hide the Filter.

FFork air bleed will be easier.
FFork's air-bleeding screwdriver, the OEM Minus groove, has become licked or deformed after frequent air-bleeding, and if I have to go to the trouble of finding and buying a slotted screwdriver with an exact groove width and length, I want to change to one that can bleed pressure with just one push. I have been thinking about this for a long time.
I saw on the compatibility chart that SEA BASS cars are RMZSeries compatible and DRZ400sm is not listed, but when I looked at the review, I saw that some people had installed it on DRZ400sm, so I bought it.
The installation itself only takes a few minutes to remove and replace the pure Normal Thread Screw.
The product description says at 1Nm, but Torque management is impossible because there is no place to hit or grab even Spanner or Pliers to begin with, let alone Torque wrench.
Turning directly between pliers, etc. will 100% scratch and peel the paint.
Therefore, it is necessary to use a thin rubber sheetetc. between the sheets to tighten them.
I think it will loosen due to vibration, etc., if it is just tightened with fingers. (1Nm is equivalent to lightly tightening the pliers, so I guess it is the same.) I felt that a periodic looseness check would be a good idea.
Silicon grease on O-ring as per Instruction Manual (Wu's) I applied a thin layer of "L" to the assembly, but I wonder if this could also be a factor in the loosening. I think this may also be a factor in the loosening, but ….
Pressure relief is basically the same as before:push with the front up and free.
If you do not front up, you must at least keep the vehicle body horizontal and vertical to get the quantity.:Pair (for Left and Right) Note that the pressureBalance of the
I think the price is a little high, but that's okay because there is nothing else out there.
It also gives a bit of a custom feel, even though no one will easily see or notice it.
As is often the case with ZETA products, I expect the anodized color to fade quickly, so I'm willing to let that go as long as the necessary functions are working properly.

Front is not good.
The first thing to say is that Rear is good for soil systems with high Block.
I was not able to get the Front to work for me because of the height of the block.
I have been patiently using KTM250EXC and 350EXCF for 3 years, from race to practice and about 20 times.
Block is high and a little soft (compared to 07), so it is hard to hold on at the corner and cannot be attacked, and when it is attacked, the front escapes and falls.
There are many situations where 07 would not slip. That's why I used it for Black Cannon, Grass Race and practice.
After 3 years, the SIDE Block was ripped and shredded.
IRC would have reaffirmed the quality of the 07. I will also make an impression on the next VX40.

Reliable Kawasaki OEM Parts
We have decided to open the cylinder head cover for replacing the plug hole gasket, which necessitated the removal of the thermostat and coolant hose, so we decided to replace the coolant, which we had been putting off for quite some time.
The washer of Coolant's Drain bolt is always replaced when replacing the bolt as well as the Gasket of the Engine oil Drain bolt because I don't want to have any bad liquid leaking out. However, it costs nearly 200 yen per piece, so I think it is not cost-effective. I am sure that I can use Kawasaki OEM parts because they are reliable, but I will look for a good aluminum washer of the same size by the next time.

TM Racing will not get a GeCOTAGrip without it!
ODI's Lock on grip comes with 5 types of Cam for Throttle, but as expected, TM is too niche or not compatible with the included Cam.
I came across this because I happened to find the notation \"Use TypeA\" on an overseas Site.
If you want to put lock on grip on TM, use this!

OEM Parts
When we were about to replace the plugs, we found a small amount of oil on the No. 1 and No. 4 plugs that we took out, so we checked the plug holes and found oil seepage in the plug holes. We had no choice but to replace the Gasket in the Plug hole, but there was also Oil seepage near the Bolt of the Cylinder head cover, so we decided to replace the OEM Parts11061−0988Plug hole Gasket and this Head Cover I ordered the OEM Parts 11061−0988Plug Hole Gasket and this Head Cover Bolt Gasket 92055−1352. When I ordered the Plug Hole Gasket, which required 4 pieces, I mistakenly ordered 4 pieces of Head Cover BoltGasket as well, and when I started the work, I found that I was short of 2 pieces. I quickly ordered the missing pieces, but the work was halted!
I had seen a post about the Head Cover Bolt Gasket that said it must be replaced every time the cylinder head cover is opened, but there was no such mention in the service manual. When I opened the head cover for clearance adjustment, I was stingy with the cost of parts and did not replace the Gasket. Even though it lasted for several years, it would have been better to replace it instead of being stingy.
However, this time, since the plug hole gasket was also replaced, it was necessary to remove the thermostat and hose in order to open the head cover. However, this time, since the plug hole gasket was also to be replaced, it was necessary to remove the thermostat and hose in order to open the head cover.
The Plug Hole Gasket was successfully replaced, the Head cover was closed, and the Head Cover BoltGasket was replaced with an all new one. It is probably Large sturdy, but I hope it will last until the next time I open the Cylinder head cover.

AT81 Successor MODEL Front
CRF250RXCompetition model ME12-1300... Used for front tire
AT81 has been discontinued and the model has been changed to AT82. The same tires are used in the same quantity as the newly installed AT81.:I used 2 sets and had no complaints. (OFFRacer beginner) However, it was worn out and we decided to use the successor model, AT82, as a replacement.
AT81 has a size of 90/90-21, AT82 does not have the same size setting and R (R and RX have the same Rim size of 1.60) In the catalogue, the outer diameter was increased by 3mm and the width was decreased by 8mm, but I don't feel any problem in appearance and handling. The handling is a little lighter, but this may be due to the fact that I also installed AT82 rear tires. 3 times I drove the car, the grip was very good because the road surface was in the best condition at all times &Brand New Tire. I have not been able to evaluate the performance in bad conditions. (^_^;)
His own Level is DClass in Grass Race, and he is a self-proclaimed Racer beginner with 3 years of competition model experience.

I tried it on my car CRF250RALLY50MD44MOTARDSpec. 。
Custom Seat (Plus height 2cm up on SpiralHigh seat) I changed the position of the handlebars because of the change in position. 983 from Renthal has a low height but good width, while CarmichaelMODEL room has a slightly narrower width, but good height and shallow aperture. Then, I thought that mx-123, which is one millimeter higher and four millimeters wider than Carmichael, would work, so I tried it.

Carburetor maintenance after a long time
Carburetor maintenance was performed, which had been postponed although parts had been purchased.
We had prepared a Float valve (16030-1057), Packing for Float chamber (92055-1222), and ORing for PilotAir Screw (92055-1002). However, it has been in use for almost 4 years, and we decided to replace it this time because we do not want to have any problems before the next replacement.
The 16030-1057 does not come with a clip, so it must be removed from the existing float valve and replaced. Since the parts are quite thin and small, you need to be careful when replacing them. If you drop it and step on it, it will almost certainly go out.
There were no problems before the replacement, so there was no change after the replacement, but this gives us a sense of security that the Large part will be durable for a while. The price of this part is also high for a large part, and it costs more than 10,000 yen for four pieces. However, I would like to use reliable parts because I would not be able to count on any defects if I use No Brand parts.

Finally implemented.
After nearly two years of putting it off because I was too lazy to start, I finally carried out the maintenance of Carburetor.
Carburetor maintenance is one of my least favorite tasks because of the difficulty in adjusting the oil level. In fact, it should have been done during the warmer months of the year because the rubber parts become hard during the winter, making it tougher to remove and install the carburetor, but I could not find the time and it was winter.
This time, ORing (92055-1002) for PilotAir Screw, Packing (92055-1222) for Float chamber, and Float valve (16030-1057) were replaced. The ORing for Screw is replaced every time, and the Float valve seemed to be still good, but I decided to replace it after almost 4 years of use.
As for the O-ring for this pilot air screw, it is for the GPZ900R, etc. For the ZRX1100, the part is only available as a complete pilot air screw (16014-1080), and it is quite expensive to get 4 of these, even though they are still usable except for the O-ring. I once used an external O-ring, but it was flattened by the next service. 92055-1002 is the same size and I was informed that it is safe to use when I checked Kawasaki parts. Compared to the external parts I had used before, the Kawasaki genuine parts seemed to be well made, and when I looked at them at the next service, they were not too crushed, and sometimes they still looked usable.
Although it is such a small part, we do not want to have problems caused by deterioration, so we want to use a reliable product, even if it is a little expensive.
