Used for front forkDrain bolt of TZr50R
[How is it used?
I purchased this for my YAMAHA/TZr50R that I am Restoring.
It will be a Drain bolt on the Front fork.
I purchased 91317-08025, 91312-08025, 90110-08067, 90110-08076, 91316-08025, 90110-08150, and 91311-08028 as the same etc. part numbers and received 91317-08025 when I purchased each.
How was your experience with it?
The original bolt was usable, but the old bolt had a high possibility of licking and was inexpensive, so we purchased a new bolt. Currently, I can use it without any problems such as leakage.
How did it compare to other products?
This bolt is very important in Fork, so do not substitute Home centerBoltetc. by mistake.
[Points to note]
Because of the application of screw locks, the installation and removal must be done with great care.
It is also a good idea to melt the screw lock by heating it with a heat gun or burner before removing it.
The fork can be loosened by applying torque all at once with the fork assembled and tension applied, or by using the DamperRod holder to hold the DamperRod inside, and then using Impact to turn it. Be careful not to turn the damper by hand, as the torque may be insufficient and the damper may lick.
During installation, the Damper Holder was used to hold it in place while tightening it with the specified Torque.

Needs a little work.
I installed it on V-STROM250, but the back side of the headlight case is shallow and slightly interferes with the headlight case, so I cut it with a soldering iron and installed it.
I am satisfied with the functionality, durability remains to be seen.

It's still the best!
Grip is also good, about NORMAL thin! It is quite warm! I wonder if the Grip is slippery for use on forest roads?
I think the length of the grip is longer than OEM.
Attention should also be paid to the attachment of the hand guard!
And it is very nice to be able to see the battery level when the key is turned on!

The product was exactly as I had imagined.
I think it was relatively easy to install. The only thing I would say is the handling of the BodyWiring and the positioning of the Wiring when the Throttle is opened and closed.
I also found the Installation Instruction Manual easy to understand.

Warm and highly functional
Winter cold was unbearable, so we introduced this
I bought it because of its one-button design and the fact that the grips are not thickened.
I read the Instruction Manual, and it says that current cut can be done by the voltage drop of Idlingetc. (roughly from about 12V?).
No difference between OEM and Large in grip after installation
The Grip, which can be adjusted in 5 levels, is also very warm and good even with gloves on.
I think what needs to be taken into consideration when installing the system is to make sure that the electrical components already installed and the power consumption of this heater are large enough. (After all, the voltage tends to drop in winter.)
Other
Warmth is on the inside of the hand, so windproofing is necessary for those who care about it.
→Use with Hand guard, HandlebarWarmer and electric heating gloves
Difficult to install by an individual.
→Motorcycle shops are sure to do it.
That is the point to note.
In general, I am glad I bought it!

Gap between Grip and Bar End
I couldn't stand the time of year when my hands were getting numb, so I bought it because it was cheaper!
Grip length of z650rs is 125mm, but this product
I had a choice of 120mm or 130mm, so I checked the fit and purchased the 120mm and installed it.
I still got a gap of about 5mm.
As a recommendation, I think it would look better to install a 130mm Bar End with a Washer or other Spacer.

When we replace it with a new one, it is perfectly round.
Replace footpeg rubber with a new one and Quantity:I replaced it with a set
It is hard to tell the difference between a new Pedal Rubber and a new one at a glance, but this one is still easy to tell because the partially worn and flattened one is now rounded off.
How expensive? But it feels good to be new.
Also, as I felt during the work, the quality of the Rubber was quite good and easy to replace.
The replacement procedure is,
Cut and remove the old PedalRubber with Cutter.
Spray a generous amount of Brakes cleaner into the holes of the new PedalRubber.
3. Before the Cleaner dries, press it into the Pedal.
4. Adjust the position of the rubber so that the mating surface of the rubber is facing down or out of sight.

After 50,000 km, it is still worn out.
We replaced the Footrest Rubber on a BOLT Shoulder Bag that had traveled over 50,000 km with a new one.
Pad view, there didn't seem to be that much difference, but when I put them side by side, they are still worn out.
I was not good at RightCorner, so I often rubbed the footpeg, and even the Screw for fixing it was worn out and the Nut was gone.
Left is somehow Quantity:2pc. Both Sets were about the same with Nut remaining.
When I put my foot on the footpeg, I couldn't tell the difference well... It was a self-satisfying Parts exchange.

Difficulty depends on Handlebar
The handlebar on my Motorcycle is Offfor Vehicle and it was tight without using the supplied aluminum tape.
It was also so hard that no glue was needed ...
I grabbed the PartsCleaner and Grip over the Towel and put all my weight on it and it didn't get stuck.
I managed to get it halfway in, but it was so hard I couldn't even pull it out...
Although it is not a recommended method, we placed a 1cm rubber plate on the bar end side and tapped it in with a rubber hammer.
It is unfortunate that the Switch was slightly misaligned when I was trying to put it in, but it is working fine without any disconnections.
We also used Daytona's DUnit for the Wiring connection.
In use, the Left SideGrip is a little slow to warm up. This may be due to the thickness of the Grip or the fact that it is directly touching the Handlebar, which may allow some heat to escape. If the power is on for a while, the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) It warms up to the point that you don't feel the difference.
The problem is that it is hard to feel the effect with thicker gloves!
The fabric is thick on the outside, but thin on the inside where you hold it. I think it will sell well. At least I would buy it.

Genuine Yamaha Grommet for MT10 2021
There were a few small parts that had become lost or damaged during a small accident and these needed to be replaced. You could probably get away with not having them installed and just leave a tiny gap but for my own peace of mind and my OCD I decided to just buy genuine Yamaha ones and be done with it. Finding the right grommets for this bike was pretty easy and I used Yamaha schematics to locate the right part number. Webike did have these in stock and the price was far better than sourced locally. Plus, the fact that as I already had other parts that needed to be ordered, why not just order all at the same time. EMS delivered my order in 5 days from being shipped which made me very happy. Even though these are rubber grommets, they were expertly packaged and wrapped really well during transit. The materials used in these grommets is a really top quality rubber. The flex is just right and enough to hold firm on install. There was also going to be a genuine collar added so the diameter needed to be correct too. This was absolutely on the money and the collar fitted perfectly too. Very happy customer, thank you Webike View detail

Genuine Yamaha Bolt for MT10 2021
There were also a few bolts that needed replacing as the heads had damage and were not too pretty looking. I suspect in a short period of time, the head would become unusable so they needed replacing asap. As I know my way around Yamaha schematics, the correct bolts were not hard to locate. The bolt was a really good price so I got a couple of them for spares too. I always have more than one item per order as this cuts down on the amount of shipping in the long run. EMS was my chosen courier and in 5 days my order arrived. All the small parts were well packaged and inside a made up bubble wrap envelope by Webike warehouse. The button head bolts are factory standard and came in the Yamaha packet. The bolt heads are well rounded on the profile and the threaded section is good all around. In the past I have had issues when people use the wrong size to remove these and the head just gets chewed up. It appears that Yamaha have improved these bolts so I am confident this will last a while in the future. Fitting a side cover to the bike and this was a perfect fitment. One less job to do to get this bike back in it's original condition. Thanks Webike View detail

Daytona
I purchased it to use on the 2024 Rebel 500. Because genuine Honda products are a bit expensive, some owners sometimes use cheap car filters, but for some reason I was uneasy about using them, so I ordered the cheaper Daytona product. The internal finish is a bit lacking compared to the genuine product, but I don't think there will be any major problems in using it. I recommend it to owners who are burdened by the price of a genuine filter. ---------------------------------------------------------- I purchased it to use on the 2024 Rebel 500. feeling comfortable
As someone who rides a motorcycle in winter, a grip heater is a necessity.
The fit is Grip integrated, so there is no discomfort in appearance.
I haven't used it in the midwinter cold limit yet, but it is moderately warm. Even if I don't ride in snowy chiches in the first place, normal winter cold is still a boon.
