I cannot believe how easy this tool made the crankshaft installation
About quality and texture - The crankshaft assembly tool from Kitaco is made from a heavy duty steel and with an oxide coated surface finish, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - I cannot believe how easy this tool made the crankshaft installation. Simple to use with basic hand tools and sustained no damage to the crankshaft or tool itself, so will able to be used again and again for the future engine builds that I have lined up. Products to buy together - A key product to purchase that will allow for removal of the crankshaft at home is a crankcase splitter tool, it is designed to pull the crankcases apart and can also be used to push the crankshaft out of the crankcase. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the crankshaft assembly tool is a simple task that took 0.5 of an hour to complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to secure the crankshaft assembly tool between the crankshaft and crankcase. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Kitaco sell to great value when compared to what most other companies sell their products for but this is not the case the crankshaft assembly tool as it is more on par but specific for the Honda Grom and not a universal tool, which is great. About shipping and packaging - With there being no significant cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the crankshaft assembly tool, I chose EMS for an earlier arrival date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. Cheap, but not easy to use.
[How is it used?
Used for Engine O/H of TZr50R.
In particular, a universal holder like this product is needed to remove the fixed nut of the Clutch.
Was the one you received as per Image?
We selected this product because it had the lowest Gold amount.
To be honest, I thought the cheap price would make the product quite poor, but it was not as bad as I expected.
The supplier may be the same as the ones offered by other Manufacturers because the pictures are the same.
How was your experience with it?
The ease of use is not all that great.
In the case of TZr, the fixed pin is hooked to the clutch housing, but the fixed pin is short and easily comes off,
I cannot apply force well. I have the impression that the size is not right for 4EUEngine, although it may be just the right size for other Scooters.
[Points to note]
Be careful not to put the fixed Pin in the wrong place.
I used it on two engines and accidentally put a pin on the bolt hole of the clutch, destroying the bolt hole.
How did it compare to other products?
Similar products are lined up at similar Gold prices, as if the suppliers are the same.
Once you buy one, it will last a lifetime, so you might as well get something a little more decent.

Required for 4EUEngine Overhaul
[How is it used?
I purchased this product to use for Engine overhaul of TZr50R.
The 4EUEngine Flywheel of TZr50R uses a special screw diameter and requires a special tool for this type of vehicle.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The product was exactly as shown in the Image and comes with the Instruction Manual, so it is ready to use as soon as it arrives.
How was your experience with it?
The quintessential product is a dedicated product and is quite easy to use.
Conversely, this is the only use for this Engine, so in a sense it is too much to handle.
To use the Fly Wheel Puller, attach the Fly Wheel Puller to the screw thread on the Crankshaft on the Flywheel side as shown in the video.
While holding it in place with the MONKEY, turn it. If it becomes very hard in the middle, you can easily loosen it by tapping it lightly with a rubber hammeretc. to give it a vibration. In my case, I pushed it through by force.

Nothing special, but try not to damage Mt. Screw.
How did it compare to other products?
The competing product is the YAMAHAOEM SST, but the price is not much different, and this one is more economical since it comes with a point.

Maintenance of Chain, which I am not good at, could be easier.

Requires some getting used to.
Too thin and spoiled in Bell Hammer's Nozzle.
Is it for a little thicker Nozzles like CRC?
Or is it compatibility with the car model? (Used on deRaster400 and GSR250)
We used it twice and returned to the old method of working with the Vinyl bag to stop and pour.
It also takes quite a while for the lubricant to travel through the Hose and come out from below.
The price is something I would be willing to keep for a trial, so I think it is a good idea to buy one to try it out.
It has been on the market for a long time, so I am sure it is useful for people who are used to it.

Low price but sufficient Quality
The price of Motion pro was too high, so I went with this one. The price is a quarter of the price, but the quality is solid and this product should be sufficient. The box is just a bonus, and the lid closure is so roughly made that it won't close after a few uses. View detail
Chain cleaning essentials

Used to clean Chain every 500 km.
Chain cleaner is sprayed on and then shakily scrubbed.

If they cost more than 1,000 yen each, a little more BALIetc. surface treatment would be nice, but it does not affect the performance.
How was your experience with it?
The size is just right for MotorcycleChain, and the back and underside of the chain can be easily cleaned.
[Points to note]
Spraying and scrubbing with the Cleaner will clean the Plate surface of the Chain and feel good, but it is important to use a Large amount of force to avoid damaging the Seal Ring more than necessary.
How did it compare to other products?
I think DAYTONA and others are almost the same in shape and performance, but the Brush part seems to be interchangeable.

Brush has 3 sides for quick cleaning.
The softness of Brush is hard.
Brush is hard and dirt bounces off when rubbed hard.
Brush is difficult to apply to small areas, so it is better to prepare a soft brush separately for hard stains.

Brush width can be changed, but when the width is made narrower, the brush cannot be fixed and immediately comes off, making it unuseable.

Solid easily adjustable but sprockets smaller than I required
This tool is multi-purpose; You can use it to remove the variator, flywheel, front sprocket and clutch. This was purchased to enable me to remove the front sprocket for bike. Although it did work, it was rather fiddly to use and the assistance of an additional pair of hands to held was needed. Chain cut
Since the installation chain is unknown, I bought a little longer and bought this one for a trial because it was cheaper here to cut it.
Although it will not be used often, it corresponds to chain size, 420 to 530, so it will be useful to have 1 pc.
