It is intended as an alternative to in-vehicle tools and for emergency use on the road.
The ZX-6R has an on-board tool storage compartment in the back of both the Tandem seat and the optional Single seat cover, but to use it, the storage bracket must be removed with a Hexagonal Wrench. It is very inconvenient though it is appreciated.
Since the servo motor of the exhaust device was removed to replace the external Slip-on Silencer, we decided to use the space to enhance our on-board tools and purchased this Compact with a minimum of tools.
For suspension setting, the Rear rebound damping force cannot be adjusted here, but I don't think this is a place that needs to be changed frequently in terms of usage. I have made a judgment on this.
Front can be used for each adjustment point.
I think it is better to prepare proper tools for daily maintenance, but I think it is better to separate it from emergency use on the road.

About the feeling of use - I cannot believe how easy this tool made the crankshaft installation. Simple to use with basic hand tools and sustained no damage to the crankshaft or tool itself, so will able to be used again and again for the future engine builds that I have lined up. Products to buy together - A key product to purchase that will allow for removal of the crankshaft at home is a crankcase splitter tool, it is designed to pull the crankcases apart and can also be used to push the crankshaft out of the crankcase. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the crankshaft assembly tool is a simple task that took 0.5 of an hour to complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to secure the crankshaft assembly tool between the crankshaft and crankcase. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Kitaco sell to great value when compared to what most other companies sell their products for but this is not the case the crankshaft assembly tool as it is more on par but specific for the Honda Grom and not a universal tool, which is great. It would suck if you got stuck in the boonies because of a fouled plug and you're not carrying any spares. This case works perfectly. Simple form and easy to use
I was looking for a simple and reliable tool like an in-vehicle plug wrench from a well-known tool manufacturer, and I found this product and immediately bought it because of its low price.
The price is a bargain, but the quality is so high that it fits perfectly with the plug diameter, as you would expect from a KTC product.

When the Valve clearance (Tappet) gap becomes Large, a hammering sound begins to be heard. 。 Sound is emitted when Engine is cold, but disappears when warmed up. 。 In such a case, the gap is large, but as it warms up, the gold expands and the gap becomes small, and the sound disappears.
Symptoms
When I stopped at a traffic light, the car stalled while holding the clutch and dropping the GEAR.

Procedure 〜For ~ESTRELLA
(1) Unload the Tank from the vehicle body.
↓
(2) Cook must be Off 。 By turning it Off, you can lower the hose without wasting Gasoline dripping out (some Gasoline in the hose will come out immediately after the hose is removed).
↓
(3) ESTRELLA can be adjusted to the upper dead center by removing the Cover and turning this Screw. 。 Top dead center is simply the state where the Piston is at the top.
When adjusting the tappet, the position of the piston must be adjusted to the upper dead center. 。
↓
(4) Remove the Plug so that no compression is applied.
I have to move it with no Engine on it.

5) Front Tappet Cover. 。 It can be adjusted by removing here.
↓
(6) Loosen the lock nut attached to the head first, and when the center screw can be turned, it is OK. 。
At this point, it is normal to move the Tappet by hand and hear a chica-chica sound. 。 If it does not sound kachica-chi, either the upper dead center is not correct or the adjustment is gapped considerably.

(7) Insert the Thickness Gauge into the gap and align it. 。 Strictly speaking, this is the process of adjusting the gap between the Valve and the Arm that is pushing the Valve to the proper value.
↓
Clearance on the exhaust side is 0.17 to 0.22mm 。 If the Gauge is pinched by inserting 0.20mm of Thickness Gauge and closing the Screw at the Center, the Gauge will be pinched, and if the Gauge is moved in that state and it feels a little stuck, it is OK. 。
↓
Clearance on the intake side is 0.10 to 0.15mm 。 The intake side may be a little more difficult to do because it is more intricate in location.
↓
(10) To be sure, make one more rotation of the screw with the upper dead center aligned, and then align it again.
