It would be better if it didn't look ….
I preferred the Tank without anything on it, but I decided to buy it for my car because it is a place that can easily get scratched if you are not careful.
Silicon spray was used to remove oil before work, and positioning was applied visually (by feel).
I considered a commercially available product with an inconspicuous transparent Type, but decided against it because I thought it would have air bubbles in it.
I thought that Design had a lot to offer in the commercial products, but I am glad that I personally decided on OEM Product because of its commitment to safety.

Genuine Kawasaki Exhaust Gasket for NINJA 650
This bike was desparately in need of a new gasket for their NINJA 650 as the previous owner just did not keep up with maintenance at all. With it being road bike, they do take a bit of work during riding but up keep is no excuse. Not a big deal. I found the correct part number from Kawasaki schematics etc. Webike price was really competitive too. A few other parts with this were ordered together by EMS and delivered in 5 days. All my order was delivered with no issues, all the gaskets were kept flat so not to damage. This gasket is not a big one but it does have to be the right size or you will get leaks, it definitely needs to be correct to fit this exhaust. You can see it has been manufacturered the right way and not cheaped out on it. It is sturdy and well made, the copper is on point. No issues with fitting, I always add a little grease to keep them in place anyway. Fitted quickly but precisely in just under an 5 minutes for all.Everything else put back together. Very pleased with this one, the bike does sound a lot better and I know it will last a fair few years to come. Thanks Webike. View detail

Great functional accessory

Awesome functional mod
This is a neat mod its made of the same material as frame sliders replacing the oem rubber axle nut cover. It comes in handy any time you have to adjust the chain or remove the rear wheel because you dont have to replace the cotter pin each time. Makes a real difference
Didnt know what to expect from this but it does make a difference. Opening and closing the throttle has become easier to control because its now less abrupt and smoother to operate. Paired with their internal control valve which controls crankcase pressure and reduces engine braking and the shift supporter the overall ride quality of my z900rs has improved and really is more fun to ride. I honestly mean this. These mods may be not for everybody but i certainly enjoy the difference in ride quality!! View detail

Large satisfaction with appearance and sound quality, installation is quite large and odd.
Silencer's length, thickness, and sound quality are just right for my taste.
And I bought it because the price was lower than other companies.
As for the volume, it is the Japanese Vehicle Inspection CorrespondenceMODEL, so it is honestly no different from the OEM.
The dry and trembling sound quality of the Iron Exhaust System is very good.
Compared to the One piece, this model has more bass, probably due to the difference in the thickness of the Tail.
If you haven't already, please listen and compare on the official youtube.
Care must be taken regarding installation.
The most difficult part is the two-part flange. The Instruction Manual says to use masking tape to temporarily fasten the flange, but the flange comes off immediately when you are messing around with the four exhaust pipes to make sure they fit together properly.
It came off many times and was frustrating. As a result, I had to remove 3 bolts to widen the space for the Radiator to be installed, which made it easier to access. Even so, it took almost 2 hours to install the exhaust pipe section.
Also, the nut that holds the OEM lunch box part is a 6mm hexagonal, but it is located deep in the box, so it may be difficult to turn without a long hexagonal wrench.
The nut to be installed is 8mm, so this hexagon is also required.
I need a Spanner because the nut of the O2 Sensor is 22mm, but it might be a waste to buy one for this reason since the size of the O2 Sensor is so small that I don't have much chance to use it elsewhere. However, I am afraid that I might lick the MONKEY Wrench.
When liquid gasket is applied, the exhaust pipe will rotate round and round, so it is recommended to loosely tie the pipe with a tie band.
It took me about six hours to do the work, partly because I worked on a cold New Year's day.
When I put YOSHIMURA's CYCLONE on CB400SF, it took 2 or 3 hours, so I think it is a little difficult.
It is a task that requires a few tools, so first-timers may want to ask a friend who is familiar with the process to help them out.
Considering the ease of installation, the two-part Flange still has room for improvement.

Replacement at 30,000 km
It was replaced with a new one at about 3,000 km.
Last time it was Golden Pad again.
Breaking stops properly, and Breaking before Curve gives a nice slowdown.
Before replacement, you should do a BALI removal of the Pad.
And degrease the Pad surface.
Overall, I'm satisfied.

For the price, I wasn't expecting much. But was surprised by how good it looked when I unwrapped it. Much better finish than than I imagined it would be. I bought this for the extra length for added protection for the rear, so it's perfect for that. Also, possibly the easiest fitting aftermarket hugger I have put on. Everything lined up perfectly. [How is it used?
I purchased this product to install a Breather pipe on a CD50 modified Engine.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The product was exactly as shown in the Image.
Was the installation difficult?
It can be easily replaced with a NORMAL Oil Filler Cap. In my case, it is a little troublesome because I have a mesh hose with a fitting.
How was your experience with it?
I can see that the blowby gas is coming out, but I don't ride in such a way that the internal pressure is high, and although it is hidden by the frame, there is an OEM Breather Hose 650mm 6mm Diameter on the EngineCenter side, so the effect is questionable. I am not sure if it is effective.

Since the oil change is done frequently, the corner of the Glasses Wrench is gradually being chipped off as it is removed each time.:I know it's aluminum, but it's a shame.
▼I chose Silver so that the outlet would not stand out too much, but now I am using a Mesh hose with a Blue fitting, so even if the outlet is Blue, I will be able to use it without any discomfort.
