Bought together with an appicable smart bag.
The bag was designed with the presumption that a panel assy would be attached, so I think is a crucial item.
You install and put it in place using the six holes for the screws, but it's a bit stiff to push through.
If you would widen the hole with an ice pick or something, it would be much smoother.
