I also changed the Main Footpeg to match the Tandem.

The bolt is designed to be tightened together with the cover in several places, but the bolt part that is not tightened together is designed to have a larger hole than the bolt head to allow the bolt to escape. Since this also interfered with the bolt in several places, the bolt was re-machined to a larger hole.
The CBR650R requires a good deal of machining work.
