Genuine Radial Ball Bearing for CBR600RR 2003
This was another of the parts I needed for the rebuild of the swingarm on the CBR600RR. Although the bearing was not too bad, there was visible corrosion on the outer race which I do not like. No point in trying to buff it off as once it sets in, it will always come back. Besides, if you take off too much material, it will affect the seating position of the part anyway. I found the right bearing by using Honda schematics. Webike did not have this in stock but it literally took 3 days for them to get it and ship my order. With the other parts for this rebuild, I had all shipped at the same time so I would get all the parts I needed together. In literally 5 days from being shipped the order arrived. EMS are just that quick. My bearings were expertly packaged and inside a padded out envelope. The bearing also came in the Honda standard packet. Much like the needle bearing, the dimensions were spot on. The finish on the outer race was smooth and free form any marks or debris. The ball bearings you could see were well packed with grease so ran free and evenly. Not really much else I can say. Top Honda quality throughout. Very pleased with my purchase. View detail

Motorcycle Cover
I bought this as a Cover for my XSR900 RN80J.
In my case, I keep my motorcycle in a warehouse and use the Cover not for rain and wind but for dust and small animals, so this is enough.

Replacement from languid OEM
Used for Honda XELVIS.
The brake had been without maintenance for a long period of time, so the cylinder was worn out and the touch was very uncomfortable! OEM parts are available, but I chose NISSIN's standard parts.
No changes to the pitch or angle of the banjo bolt are required for installation.
We were able to work without any Hurdle.
The good points are that it looks nicer and BrakeTouch has been fixed to be squeaky clean and natural. I don't really feel that it improves braking power or controllability.

The other day, the Engine on my TRX850 would start, but it was kind of bobbing and smoldering, and when I let go of the Axel, it would not Idle.
If the Engine is on, it is an unexplained Trouble, even though fuel, compression, and ignition should be working.
Idling adjustments do not improve the symptoms at all.
I went TroubleShooting while staring at the Service Manual.
In the case of the TRX850, even though it is a carburetor car, it is equipped with a Throttle position sensor (T.P.S.), so we first adjusted the T.P.S. The gap was set to a larger amount than standard.
After adjusting the T.P.S., I tried to start the engine, but this time the Cell Motor would turn, but the engine would not start. After cranking the engine several times, the Exhaust System started to burn and the engine would not start! After cranking several times, there was a big After Fire from the Exhaust System.
What, does the explosion mean that the fire is flying from the Spark plug? Does that mean that fire is flying from the spark plug?
I removed the Plug and checked the spark situation, and sure enough, the fire was flying. The spark plug at this time is a standard Register plug. When I bought my TRX850 last year, I replaced it with a new one at the Shop and it has only been used for a few hundred kilometers.
I was going to contact the Shop where I bought it, but unfortunately the store is closed because there is no successor.
After thinking about the cause for a while, I thought, hmmm, if After Fire occurs, it means the fuel is too rich.
Checked the Spark plug again, fire is flying but the area around the electrode part looks kind of Blackish. Finally, I was prepared for Carburetor's fuel condition & overhaul, and replaced the spark plug with NGK Iridium Plug (DPR8EIX-9).
The engine was in excellent condition, as if the previous unexplained malfunction was a lie! I made the Idling adjustment again and it was perfect.
The sparks were flying, but they were not stable. What a fall, so to speak, under the lighthouse.
By the way, I tried to polish the carbone of the removed and tattered Standard Plug BP5HA with Brass Brush, but it did not come off easily. It is not reusable.
But why did the sudden engine malfunction and spark plug rash occur when I had been running normally and had done nothing wrong?
Lesson learned, just because the Spark plug is new doesn't mean it won't cover you, and when it does, it will cover any Timing. It is best to have a spare.
To replace the Spark plug on the TRX850, the Radiator must be removed.
This time, we did not have a spare Coolant Drain Washer, so we removed the Radiator Mount Bolt, shifted it, and finally replaced it.
