I've made the mistake and bought BPR 7 ES at first. The R stands for Resistor, but the cabs have a resistor and you don't need resistor caps. This is my spark plug after 150 km with a new aftermarket exhaust. 100 % good combustion. I even made the mixture a little bit richer. Even when you see in some Yamaha books that you should run BPR 7, check the resistance of your cap, first. If the cap has 6 Kilo Ohm, then no need for another resistor. . The BP 7 ES are for most Yamaha Viragos the best spark plugs. The problem is that eBay these days even sell fake plugs from China. I know that Webike gets their stuff from Japan, so no need to worry about a nightmare of fake plugs in my bike. The price is also okay, will buy them again when I need new ones.
