Clutch control is very easy, and above all, the in-gear kick is almost a one-shot instruction!

To strengthen the supply of Oil.
Originally, the Clutch's connecting Timing changed after only a few minutes of city driving, making it slippery.
The XT250X and SEROW250 engines apparently have poor clutch oil circulation by design, and I thought the change in meet point was due to that (although I think there is some degradation of friction as well).
In fact, the thickness of the friction on my vehicle was appropriate, but it was burned black, and I am sure that the oil supply is insufficient.
For the time being, we replaced only the clutch plates to see how it goes, but after installation, the above situation no longer occurs even after driving for a long period of time. I think the friction plate is also prolonged.
At the same time, we added the company's Clutch spring retainer, so there may be a synergistic effect.

OEM Replace Product
I used it on a CB125T Engine that I purchased used.
The internal condition of the engine is unusually bad, and although it is cranking, each part is full of sludge and overhaul.
It was a level where the inside of the case was coated with a brown object, as if the oil had hardly been changed.
It is an Engine blow on a day when the Oil line is clogged because it crackles and flakes off when rubbed.
We had planned to muddy yourBrown only above the waist, but we decided to work below the waist as well.
The originally attached Clutch was also in an odd state, as if the Sludge was wrapped around it rather than burnt.
I was going to buy Plate only OEM and replace it, but it happens to be out of stock and the delivery time seems to be long, so I'm going to use Replace product.
I was surprised to receive it in a proper PACKAGE.
The clutch basket, friction plate, pressure plate, spring, etc. are all included.
For some reason, the thrust bearing attached to the pressure plate is not included in the kit, so it should be ported or purchased separately.
Well, but I don't mind because it is cheap at 6,000 yen.
I will replace it for now, but in case I get Judder or something else, I will go OEM.

When I Bore up my 2018 MODEL JA44CUB, I bought it based on the reviews on Net. (They are an authorized Honda dealer who can assemble as well as Custom).

Simultaneous installation with Clutch Retainer
Installed on serow250.
The groove cutter assists in supplying oil from the center, and the distorted plate is made more precise by chamfering.
I installed it together with Kitamura's Clutch Retainer. The Retainer is much more effective than the Clutch Plates, but I did not feel the effect of the Clutch Plates.

Used with Mukawa Clutch Kit
There is a material change in appearance on behalf of the manufacturer to the FCC recently.
The old product was dark Brown, but the new one is dark grayish.
The thickness of the line is now only slightly thinner.
However, the durability of the new product is much higher than the old one, and I measured and compared the new one with the one used in the 6-hour endurance race, and could not feel any difference.
Since the dimensions are the same as those of Honda mini bikes, it can be used with OEM clutches such as NSR50/80, APE 100/50, XR100/50MOTARD, NSF100, etc.

Good for the price
This is a replacement from the OEM APE 100Engine.
Since it is new, it will naturally be in better condition, but since it comes with FCC Plate, it is a good value for the money.
The performance is more than sufficient for the semiTune engine.

I bought it, and it can be assembled normally.
I was able to build a Barnett basket with this product, so I think there is no problem with the OEM basket.
The translation (including the Instruction Manual, which you can type in here) is provided for your peace of mind.
The OEMBasket is of course compatible with the Slipper clutch.
Please note that you can use another 1.5mm SteelDrivendisc separately.
Where we need to be prepared.
The Instruction Manual includes "OEM intact." I wrote.
The price is lower than Barnett's Clutch Disc, so it's more cost-effective.

When replacing the Clutch on the XL1200C SPORTSTER 1200
I replaced it at the same time when I replaced the 883 Clutch.
The spring plate is the weak point and time bomb of the XL1200C SPORTSTER 1200.
It would have been better to replace it with the Clutch Kit without the Spring plate, but I went with this one because it's cheaper.

Although us Twin spark, it does not match. Singles park has 8 thin Steel plates and Twin spark has 7 thick Steel plates. Do not trust conforming notation. It is also bad that we did not have this knowledge, but who does not know will buy if you look at the conformity notation?

By the way for OEM of Steel plate for Twin Spark Single Item is discontinued. Quantity with Friction plate : Set purchase only. It costs a good price.
