Fits front forks with CB1100 ABS of some years.

I purchased the Fork/Caliper pitch 80mm/40mm to fit an older CB1100 Fork with ABS.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Quality is as high as the Image.
Was the installation difficult?
Basically Bolt On, but if it has ABS, it is better to install in Shop to make it work properly.
How was your experience with it?
It is well made and feels secure. I think it is indeed Active.
Recently, CHINA products have been distributed, but there are some cases where the products cannot be installed due to insufficient accuracy or defective products.

The Disc Rotor in NORMAL is too small and the pad does not hit the entire surface.
Large Disc Rotor must be replaced.

I wanted a Size notation.
I bought it to use for bremboRear caliper center out, but the bolt size was for M10.
RearCaliper bolt cannot be used because it is M8.
There is no Manufacturer notation, only thickness, and I would like to see at least Bolt diameter indicated.
It is now in the collection of Parts.

I bought this product to install Brembo caliper. The texture is good.
RightLeft and backside engraving for installation (Landmarks) It would have been nice if there had been a detailed Instruction Manual that would have helped me understand the installation orientation. I had a little trouble installing it. (Is it just me?)

This unit has multiple problems, the axle diameter is oversized at 27mm, rather then 25mm required for the ZX-6R. The anti-rotation arm to engage the swingarm lug is incorrect. If you align it centered on the axle, then the arm in angled up rather than being horizontal with the lug which will not allow movement backward and forward. If aligned on the lug, then the axle hole approx 10mm higher than it should be and about 5mm to far back. Aluminum Cut-out texture is the best finish.
We chose Silver to be One point.
The pad moves smoothly because the pad entry point has been polished. I use this pad with Vesra's Shim pad, and there is no squeal at all.
If you want to use double diskSpec., you will inevitably need two of them, but two Supports will cost 50,000 yen over.
It is a fun part, but it is a very satisfying part.

Complete design error
I installed the pad on a '07 model, but due to an obvious design error, the mount position of the brembocncCrab caliper is 5mm outward gap compared to the OEM disc diameter of 220mm, and the pad protrudes when installed as is.
The disc diameter of 230mm is not so common, and the only way is to shave 5mm off the disc contact surface of the pad and forcibly fit the pad to the disc.
There is no Caliper center, and the center must be adjusted by placing a Shim between the Mount section.
At any rate, it is not a Level product that can be sold.

The center of Rotor and Caliper was offset 0.5mm inward, I put 0.5mm Shim on the Front fork side. I was lucky to be able to use the attached Shim by chance.
This Adapter is good to be able to Offset Caliper inside or outside by putting Shim.
When the Adapter or Caliper is installed while pushing the Adapter or Caliper against the Front fork side, the Caliper will slightly tilt counterclockwise.:Pair (for Left and Right) It needed to be asymmetrical. I was a little disappointed on this point.

About Pad Overhang
I was casually looking at the new product introduction from WEBIKE, and I saw that the UP Type of Rear caliper support for the new Crab is now on sale from OVER, so I bought it.
I knew that there were some manufacturers that sold a rear caliper support for Crab, but all of them were of the type that was installed on the underside.
As for the installation, we would like to describe our concerns about the Pad, as we have received information from others about the Pad sticking out in their impressions.
First, I installed the Support+NewCrab on the OEMdisc and looked at the contact surface of the Pad and felt about 1mm of contact on the outside.
Next, we removed only the Pad of the new Crab and placed it on the OEMdisc with the OEMPad perpendicular to the OEMdisc. The height of both the Pad of the new Crab and the OEMPad were the same.
As a result, the Pad protrudes 1mm from the periphery of the OVER-made Support, so it is necessary to shave this off.
When shaving the new CrabPad, it would be helpful to trace the outer circumference with Magic or similar to give a guide when shaving.
In our case, we attached a carbide rotary bar to a cheap wired electric drill from Home center and scraped it off, but a File or similar may also be used for a diagonal drop.
If you continue to use an OEM disc with only Caliper+Support replacement, it may be safer to drop a little more than 2mm, since the chamfer of the OEM disc is larger than that of the MADE IN SUNSTAR disc. Therefore, it may be safer to drop a little more than 2mm.
*There may be some errors due to individual differences, so matching the actual product is the best way to be sure.
As for the weight, OEMSupport weighs 391g including the bolt and OVER Support weighs 299g including the bolt, which is about 92g lighter than OEMSupport.
Both of the mounting Bolts are replaced with Titaniumium Bolt.
The total of Caliper support + new Crab + MADE IN SUNSTARRear Disc this time made it possible to reduce the weight by about 400g, but the cost was also quite high, so I thought it was not worth the effort to change.
However, the BlackCaliper felt cheap with SP's Swing Arm, so it is now cooler.
The lightweight under Spring is … I haven't been able to run it that much yet, but it's likely that I don't know much about it.

ZX636-2019 Rear caliper support
Mounted on ZX6R-2022
First of all, the diameter of the Axle Shaft is completely different! The angle of the Swing ArmCaliperStopper is too large for the Axle Shaft to fit through.
I managed to install it, but the Brake Pads were about 1cm outside the surface of the Rotor ….
Dangerous because it is a Brake round!
