Normal master and exceptional difference
The MOTARD that was used for the Main road driving was changed from a NORMAL brake master cylinder to a brembo radial brake master cylinder in order to make it the Main Circuit driving.
Normal master operation was terrible; as soon as the brake lever was held, the brake was activated, making it impossible to perform fine manipulations.
After switching to the Radial master, I was able to perform more delicate operations, and the touch of the brake was firm, making it more enjoyable to brake.
It also looks like we can aim for TimeUp at Circuit.
It is not cheap, but it is effective.
We hope you will try using these custom parts.

I don't know.
We used Brembo for the front calipers this time.
The caliper recommendation was 15RCS, so I put it on my Grom, and the brake touch is totally different compared to the stock one.
I've been riding my CB250R and getting more and more hits, and the front brake is working better and better.
I don't feel like it's direct. Well, I've never ridden a bike with ABS before.
I knew what to expect.
It felt like the 15RCS recommended master cylinder when I gripped it.
I was tempted to put on 16RCS and compare. Sweat.
It's expensive, so I can't just change it at a moment's notice.

Easier to Control
I'm switching from phi;16x16
16Ratio was fluffy and a little hard to ride.
This 18Ratio is very easy to control and easy to ride.
Motorcycle used is XJR1300
Yamaha's Monoblocks are standard for φ16 even for Double
When I see φ19 recommended in Motorcycle shops, I feel that I don't have enough knowledge about it. [You don't know. I can't help but think.
Maybe Caliper is planning to go brembo, too, and I don't blame them.

Don't expect too much, but definitely good stuff.
I installed it on a cbr250rr.
I had installed a Brembo caliper for dress-up purposes, but due to the lack of capacity of the normal master, the lever touch was fluffy and the movement of the caliper piston was too uneven, so the brake was not ineffective but the fee rings were very bad. The Brake did not work, but the fee rings were very bad.
Normal master is 14 pie, so I chose 15 pie.
After the installation, the lever touch is tightly and the unevenness of the brake seems to have been reduced. Above all, the appearance of the Parenthesis is great!
Now, as for the installation, the handlebar, including the reserve tank, should be installed in a Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) It was a bit strange to find a position where the handlebar would not interfere with anything when fully locked in place, but I was able to fix it in a satisfactory position. Since I had replaced the handlebar with an Over Racing handlebar, there was no precedent or information on the Net, and I was worried, but I was able to manage it.
I was able to install the brake hose on the Swage line with no problem using a 20 degree banjo adapter, and of course I purchased the banjo bolt separately for Brembo 1mm Pitch.
The problem with the Largeest Large is that the cbr250rr has a huge Large switch box due to the electric throttle, and it interferes when the Lever is gripped. This problem was solved by replacing the lever with a Koken AeroLever.
It is a highly rated product on the Net and YouTube, but I think it is a bit excessive to say that it will dramatically change something or that I will never stop being impressed! I think it's a bit excessive to say that it changes something drastically or that I can't stop being impressed. I am glad that I have installed it because I have found a good balance with Caliper.

Stroke type
It may go without saying, but replacing the Master Cylinder does not increase braking power.
Merit is LaborTouch and Controllability.
The OEM touch is tight and doesn't stroke much after it starts to work, but the brembo strokes with a gnarly motion.
It is easy to Control because of the long drawback, but I don't feel like it is Direct for me.
It is not very short.
The improvement in visual quality is remarkable since the original is a Tank-integrated horizontal installation.

Radialization of brembo makes it easier to control.
[How is it used?
The OEM Master Cylinder was a brembo Semi-radialType MASTER with 3-step ratio adjustment (MCS). I was not worried about the touch, but I wanted to overhaul the master cylinder, but the price was not that much different from the OEM master cylinder because there was no Piston Single Item and I could only replace the master cylinder with an assembly. I decided to replace it with a radial master cylinder because the price was not that much lower than the OEMMASTER and I could overhaul it.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The package arrived in a gorgeous brembo style, but the product itself is a racing master, so it was a simple design with no unnecessary features.
Was the installation difficult?
It is the same as replacing a normal master cylinder, so if you can add a fluid and bleed air after replacing the master cylinder, you can replace the brake. However, since the brake is a life-threatening part, it is safe to ask a shop to replace it if you have never done so before.
How was your experience with it?
The OEMMASTER was 16×19-21, so I tried the MASTER with the same Piston size of 16×18, but the lever needs to be gripped more than before due to the smaller Ratio. I think the MASTER with 17mm Piston size is just right for the Caliper (M50 for STREET TRIPLERS) with 30mm Piston of brembo. I think it is good to use 16mm.
Although the grip has increased, the Brake is now firm from the beginning even with a light grip, and if you grip just enough, it will stop that much more firmly. This is partly due to the fact that the ABSUnit is still in use, but the Touch is a little fluffy, and honestly, if you want to grip it, you can grip it as far as you want. In fact, if you set the Lever distance too close to the Switch box, it will hit the Switch box immediately. Especially when the Throttle is a Ride-by-Wire model, the switch box and Throttle holder become large, and the lever hits the switch box more easily.
At first, I could not get used to the difference from the previous Touch feeling, and I sometimes gripped it too much, resulting in too much stopping.
However, the interference between the Lever and Switch box, which was a concern, was caused by heat coming in during the Race, so I will try to counteract this by changing the Lever or adding a Remote adjuster.
[Included Parts:were they on?
In addition to the MASTERBody, a Crash washer and Hydraulic Brake Switch are included. a Reserver tank and Hose are not included, so if the original tank or hose are not available, they must be prepared separately.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
As this was my first Radial master cylinder, I would say that this is about as good as it gets in terms of Touch feel. However, I was not satisfied with the touch feeling. It only stops as long as you hold it." This is exactly what I mean.

Quality upgrade for just about every bike
The lever works excellent, although you may have to fiddle with it a little on your bike. I have a 2005 Honda cbr600rr track bike with woodcraft bars and a motion pro throttle, and I had to fabricate my own master reservoir bracket because the brembo one would not fit in my area. Because each bike application is unique, you will require some mechanical abilities to match your space. Bleading was simple, adjustability was nice, and pull was a touch harsher than standard, but it performed well overall. View detail

Super-controllable!
I bought these for my RSV4 RF running Circuit.
The OEM Master Cylinder is also Radial Type of brembo, but I changed the Lever Ratio from OEM Master Cylinder (16?19) to this Master Cylinder (16?18) to make the brake more controllable. I changed the Lever Ratio from the OEM Master Cylinder (16?19) to this Master Cylinder (16?18), and changed the Total Ratio to a slightly larger fineness, and made the Stroke longer and the Touch softer. 。
As a result, in Breaking Cornering. "Gatsun" It doesn't work with the "I", but it works with the "I" at the back just by gripping it, and you can roll it down to the full bank stably while subtly controlling the lever with two index and middle fingers.
In addition, it became easier to Control with two fingers by making it to Short lever.
By the way, the MASTER diameter is 16mm, which may seem small for the RSV4 with Piston 4 pod Caliper, but the standard model with ABS after 13 years model is 16mm MASTER. No problem! 。 If your model is not equipped with ABS, you should use 19mm, if you use 16mm, you will not have enough capacity and brake will not work.
There is no instruction manual for the installation, and the air bleeding is quite difficult with ABS, so it may be difficult to install unless you have experience. 。 In addition, since this Master Cylinder does not come with a brake switch, it is necessary to separately purchase a Hydraulic Switch or Mechanical Switch, and it is necessary to perform wiring processing incidentally.
I have a MechanicalSwitch kit from KOHKEN installed.

The other candidate of Master Cylinder is RCS-17 which is made for SUPER SPORTS750 by ABSSpec. of the same brembo and has variable lever ratio. But this one is much more expensive and I heard a rumor from my friend that it lacks direct feeling even though it is RadialPump. 。 But now I look at it and I regret it a little because it looks Parenthesis good and it might have been good here.
Just changing the Master Cylinder will make a big difference, but if you want to use the Circuit as the main driving, it is recommended to change the Rotor with brembo or SUNSTAR RACINGRotor. 。 The RSV4 OEM rotors are nice and light, but they are thin and can warp when braked hard on the Circuit.

Used in ZX-25R
I'm using it on a ZX-25R and it does make slight contact with the Meter and Cowl, but not enough to interfere with operation or cause scratches.
I put Tape on the place where it makes contact just in case and cured it.
It is possible to reach the limit with the OEMHose, but if you use the included Banjo bolt, it will interfere with the limit, so I used a double banjo and aluminum collar to offset the limit.
The tank kit is a KOHKEN tank kit (KOK-2151BK-S), and the fitting here was no problem.
The brake switch works fine by cutting the original Bullet Terminal and installing Model 187 Flat Terminal.
The FeeRing is softer than the OEM with more width to stoke after the pressure is applied.
The braking force rises quickly, so you need to get used to it, but as mentioned above, the width of the stroke after it starts to work is wide, so it is easy to control.
When using the ZX-25R, the lever height cannot be adjusted due to interference with the vehicle body, so be careful if you are particular about this.

The best MASTER!
When you release the lever, the pad doesn't move away from the disc rapidly, so the suspension movement is not too much. Suddenly. There is no Efficacy is a characteristic that rises like a quadratic curve from the middle to the latter half of LeverStroke, and the fee ring is different from general vehicles. However, the rigidity of the system may decrease due to the heat effect at an early stage while the control is good. As a countermeasure, it is possible to change to the parts that can be adjusted by remote control. In general, there is no doubt that this is a great plank. View detail

More than expected BrakeTouch
【What made you decide the purchase?】
I got lost such as Nisshin and Flanders, but decided on high quality brembo.
【How was it actually used?】
BrakeTouch has changed considerably. Brake takes place as much as I grasped instead of Brake who was lying horizontally Image
【Please tell me the installation point and hang】
It was troublesome to consider the length of Brake hose.
Different from landscape placement and because we changed Large by handling.
[Is there anything I was disappointed about?]
There is none.
【Hope for Manufacturer ? Please let me know if there are any improvement points]

Once you try it you can not stop it
? 【What made you decide the purchase?】 I was using it even in a front car and I wanted to add it even after purchasing a new CBR 250 RR. We bought it because we bought it cheaply at Bale's Sale.
? 【How was it actually used?】 As expected. Linear Brake operation from the time of holding Lever can not be stopped once it is used. I think that it is a tricky operation during Cornering and operability at Release from Full Brake. Since I made it to RCS this time it is good to go back to Lever ratio.
? 【Was it difficult to install? (Hard parts case)】 I think that it is natural to exchange Brake hose if it turns into a rapon, so the air bleed is Large change as it is. As for the installation of the Reserve tank there was not much information yet so I was worried.
? 【Please tell me the point of installation and hang (in the case of Hard parts)】 I bought a Koshi Short lever, but because CBR 250 RR is DBW, so-called THHolder is Large (thick) As a result Short lever is not usable. KOHKEN's regular Size Lever was bought.
? [Is there anything I was disappointed about?] It is the Length of the above, but because it is my mistake - - -. There is nothing about performance.
? [Request to Manufacturer - Please tell me if there are any improvement points】 No particular
? 【Have you compared items?】 GALE SPEED Radial pump master
? [Others] Reserve tank is now Smoke. I set the size to Small. Tank Bracket is POSH's BilletBracket. Since BilletBracket is bendable to some extent freely, it is recommended because it can be positioned so as not to interfere.
By the way it comes with a Brake switch so it's safe.

I am using it for WR 250X.
One-way press 2 PodCaliper, but Brake's effect is exactly good.
son (Body weight 50 kg) And Tandem, but the Lever ratio variable is saved.
It is often said in the Radial master that you can realize that the width of the control increases by only the amount of grasping.
The texture is also reasonable and satisfying..
Engine comfortable WR is equipped with Brake master, Breaking became pleasant.

Controllable
I got lost as an ordinary brembo Radial master, but I made it to RCS Radial master which can change this Ratio. By switching Ratio between 18 and 20, you can enjoy another fee Ring. 18 is a feeling that it will only work if you clench it in. It responds to Linear against the input of Lever and feels very controllable.
On the other hand, 20 is that it can obtain braking force with little force or honest effect. Immediately after putting Lever, Caliper's Piston will react so quickly, it will be Fee Ring with Snap! In honest 20 Ratio the city ride may be challenging.
I think that there is liking, but I felt that 18 Ratio was easier to get on.. Body itself is not cheap Parts, but I think that it is worth it. Rather, I think that you can get more effect than price! I definitely want to taste this fee Ring ^ _ ^
