Very good, but a little difficult to install
As Title
After installation, the sound pressure and Sound are very good.
It is not too bombastic, but it does have a low bass sound, and I am very happy with it.
The ECU has not been rewritten.
I don't feel any scuffiness in the low rpm range. I think the ECU should be rewritten and there should be no problem.
Installation difficulty is high.
Although there are installation instructions on YouTube, it does not work that well. It would be difficult unless you have some confidence in your skills.
The time required is about 2 to 3 hours.
Incidentally, I am involved in aircraft maintenance work and found it difficult, but not so difficult that I could not install it.
Maybe the one I bought was an outlier….

Good sound and performance
I chose YOSHIMURA's Down Type for JB02, but I was sure to choose Normal look for JB03 this time. The sound is a little more crisp than the OEM, not too loud and not a nuisance to the neighbors. It is not too loud and not bothersome to neighbors.

[How is it used?
The Normal muffler was loud enough, but I still wanted the Full exhaust titanium.
Full exhaust titanium is not a hobby for large-bodied manufacturers' Silencer, so I'm going to use MORIWAKI bean-jam-filled wafers, although they are expensive. (Monaka) Tubes.
I made a choice.

As per Image, Titanium is still good.
Was the installation difficult?
The installation instruction manual is very detailed, so I was able to install it without any problems.
How was your experience with it?
At first it was about as loud as Plus alpha to the OEM, but after about 1000km it became quite wild.
Since it is solid titanium, you can add your own titanium browning to it. You will love it.
Also, many Z900RS cars have Short Tubes, so it's good that they don't look like other cars.
Other items that would be helpful
Installation points and hangs:Torque wrench and extension, deep socket for easy installation.
I also applied SledgeCompound to my Flange bolt. I also applied SledgeCompound to my Flange bolt.
Liquid Gas was included, but I didn't want to use it much, so I didn't use it this time.

YOSHIMURA for SEA BASS cars
The replacement process should take about 2 to 3 hours the first time.
Exhaust Gasket was replaced although it has only been running for a few kilometers.
I was surprised that the volume was unexpectedly large, unlike what I had seen in videos (Japan Government Certificated).
Exhaust system replacement is not about performance or graphics, it is about the feeling of ownership, and the sound while driving and embracing is also very pleasant!
OEMExhaust System Removal is Flange boltQuantity:It is fixed with 3 2pc/Body Fixing Bolt.
It is easier to remove the O2 Sensor by removing the Side cowl and disconnecting it from the Connector.
Note that the wiring of the O2 Sensor will change after the Exhaust System is replaced.
Bolt, Washer, Nut and part of Grommet collar will be used, so do not lose them.
Included Parts for Exhaust System Fixing:, with Stages collar installed from the inside to the outside of the vehicle by removing the OEM Grommet collar.
Silencer-fixed OEM Grommet collar changed from inside to outside mounting
Install the springs at each joint and retighten to the torque value specified by the manufacturer.
Before starting the engine, clean the engine with parts cleaner, etc., and check for exhaust gas leaks at the engine startup/joints.
There is a small hole in the lower front part of the silencer, and exhaust gas is coming out, but it is said to be a drainage hole, so there is no problem.

A sound that evokes the good old Showa period.
The MAJOR Short Tube is an old car-style custom exhaust system with a Showa-era sound, appearance, and appeal that is still very popular today.
With the popularity of the East Ribeye and other models, there are more and more opportunities to see vehicles with Short Tubes on motorcycles ridden by the younger generation.
What is Short Tube? ‥
Basically, it comes from the old Racer.
In other words, when cars were regulated without silencers, racing parts were used in production cars or were given a look-alike appearance because the performance would be improved if a set was added.
Performance and characteristics
The sound is Large and the low-speed Torque is weakened. The sound is Large and the low-speed Torque is weakened.
The lower exhaust pressure makes the start of the system feel slower.
Torque is obtained by utilizing the exhaust pressure of the engine. 。 If there is no exhaust resistance at all, the Engine will turn lightly 。 → On the other hand, there is no resistance (no snagging) → the low-speed Torque is eliminated because the exhaust Gas flows as it is.
Exceptions are...
Short Tube, such as MORIWAKI and YOSHIMURA = JMCA Certified Exhaust System, looks like a Short Tube, but its internal structure is completely different, and it has a device to suppress demerit while producing merit. 。 Torque is lost to the extent that such things are installed.
Short Tube Intake Setting (Torque shortage cover method)

Baffle removal is rather tight and difficult to remove.
In other words, putting a Short Tube in the modern era is the old Racer style! 。 According to the theory of exhaust system construction, a short exhaust system tends to lack low-speed torque because it is unable to accumulate sufficient exhaust pressure.
Many of them will not even be muffled properly. 。 There are many different Muffler makers, so it is hard to generalize, Short tubes are a type of tube assembly that are characterized by their wilde sound, which helps to create a badass look. Many of them have too much openness, so they tend to lack low-speed torque. Can we say?
But I digress...
Q:Why doesn't a pure Racer, with no sound restrictions, have a Super Short Tube? Or not remove the Exhaust System?
A:It only increases rotation when exhaust pressure is removed, The power to kick the ground. Because there will be no more 。

This Exhaust System is really a sticky Level.
I have been really impressed with the design, sound quality, and performance of MotorcycleManufacturer's OEM exhaust systems, so I had no intention of changing to an external system. 。
But the OEM exhaust system of Steel is prone to Rust.
Advantages of OEMExhaust System
The inside of the ◎OEMExhaust System is often a partitioned structure, and if we were to use an analogy (like a four-and-a-half-tatami-mat atpart, the exhaust air is accumulated in a small room and transferred from the small door to the next room). This is repeated to reduce the volume.
◎The volume is less likely to become larger over time, and stable performance can be maintained throughout the life of the product.
Disadvantages of OEMExhaust System
◎The internal structure gradually deteriorates. This may cause the exhaust sound to gradually become moreargeable.
◎Steel is large and a half, so it is susceptible to rust. If it gets scratched a little, it rusts from there→ I can't stand it.
Effect of External Exhaust System.
■ If the exhaust sound of the NORMAL exhaust system is not enough for you, you can change the exhaust sound to a larger sound or change the tone to your liking by replacing it with an exhaust system from another brand product.
Will replacing the exhaust system increase power?
Simply, if you increase the pipe diameter or reduce the pipe bend, the exhaust Gas flow velocity will increase and more exhaust Gas can be released in a given time, thus Power up at higher RPMs. Power up at high RPMs because more exhaust Gas can be released at a given time. It is hard to say Power up practically.
Lightweight materials such as stainless steel, a rust-resistant material, can be used to reduce weight.

The Silencer part looks gold in the image.

The sound of the OEM exhaust system was too quiet, and personally, I wanted to replace it with an exhaust system that had a certain presence because if it was too quiet, the presence of other cars might not be noticed, which would increase the risk of accidents. 。 In the case of SRGT, there are few options, so it was almost a choice of ARROW.
Exhaust System looks and finishes well and Parenthesis is good.
It also weighs only about 1/3 of the much heavier OEMExhaust System, so it is considerably lighter.
In fact, after installing the device, it is noticeably lighter when pushing and walking or applying the Center Stand.
This exhaust system also comes with a baffle, which, when attached, produces a slightly louder and crisper exhaust sound than OEM, and when removed, produces a bass sound that is quite good.
The installation comes with an Instruction Manual with pictures (English version, Vietnamese, and some other language in three languages), so you will not get lost. 。 Also included is a Spring hook tool and a heat-resistant liquid Gasket.

Super trap is an excellent exhaust system, but it has a drawback for use in Japan:the direction of the exhaust gas flow.
Side Exhaust (Exhaust angle 45°) The exhaust gas comes out from the side of the Silencer. This is not in compliance with Japan's safety standards and will result in a violation by the police as well as vehicle inspections for poor maintenance.
It would be a shame to lose the use of an excellent exhaust system, wouldn't it?

Installed on CROSS CUB (JA45).
I thought it was a really good time to be able to pimp with such precision without machining.
The ride quality is a bit sluggish at the start as the low-speed torque drops due to the better disengagement, but on the other hand, the increased horsepower at high speeds allows the engine to turn in a stable manner.
I think it is a long-established company that does not deteriorate, but only changes the balance of performance compared to the OEM.
Also, the vibration may be individual because of the pre-Basket attached and Custom, but the chattering vibration increased at low speeds and decreased at high speeds.
Finally the sound is Drumstick fucking cool.
