The other one had a tight clearance between the base and footpeg sections, and could not be defeated by human power by any means.
I lubricated it, fixed the Base section to the Vise, put a steel Pipe on the footpeg, bent it slowly, and finally got it to fall down!
After doing this slowly several times, the footpeg side mounting was scraped off and it managed to become what can be called foldable.
However, after removing the scraped iron powder and checking the movement, it was discovered that the footpeg was not collapsible by human power from the fully raised state.
There must be an interference point at the beginning of the tilt, so I focused on that point this time and finally got it to work properly.

As a result, I think it would have been quicker to rose and paper from the beginning because the chamfering and bali removal of the edge part seems to have been inappropriate.
