Fastener broke on the first day….

After purchase, I was able to test the helmet (SHOEI GT-Air2/Size XL) before actual use and confirmed that it would fit, but on the first day of use, the fastener was immediately damaged and could not be used.
I fixed it once I got home, but after using it a couple of times, it came back….

The design and ease of use are very good, but I could not use it on a 25L back called NB-83, which was listed as usable. The reason is that the rings are not installed in a position where they can be used. I wish the manufacturer would verify with Well before specifying which rings are compatible and which are not.
