The model we installed this time was Yamaha's MT-09SP.
I bought it as a new car and drove it 20,000 km in a period of about three years.
When New ModelPlug came out from NGK before, the one which I bought on impulse still remained, and I exchanged it before the car inspection this time.
The replacement process is easy enough for anyone who can do some maintenance.
Parts that must be removed are.
・Seat
Side cover and Neck back cover
・Fuel Tank
Air cleanerBOX
Access to the box is instantaneous, and the plug cap is harder than it should be, so you have to be strong to remove it.
The Cap has a specific orientation, so take a picture and remember it before you remove it.
If you remove it, it is the same as a normal Plug replacement.
The Normal plug was worn out and the PlugGap was open, so I changed it to a new one and Idling became stable!
I could definitely feel this, but I'm sure it's the same with the Normal plug.
I can't honestly say I've experienced the ride. but I think there will be Merit in the long run.
