【A-TECH】Radiator Core Guard Review
If you think of Radiator core guard, this is it.
few in number of items (I guess it's too old for that.) The A-TECH star is cool! (FLUSH Gordon-like.)
Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) The X4 has a glossy Carbon Style design which is also a nice touch, except for the Mark, which is a mesh and has no problem with ventilation.
It also comes with an A-TECH sticker. (I'm not wearing it.)
Installation is easy - just remove the OEM Product and close it with the Hexagon Nut.

The netting is too soft and difficult to replace.
The netting is soft, so when the bolt is tightened, it flattens and is not parallel to the bolt. View detail
Wow that's cool
We plan to go full A-tech, so the core guard will be A-tech as well.
Logo is cool!

Good Accent
The OEM Core guard was painted about 2 years ago, but the paint didn't last long because the rust was not removed properly and the surface preparation was not good enough. I thought about repainting it, but I thought it would rust again after a while, so I decided to replace it.
At first, I was thinking of Plain ones without Logoetc., but I chose A-TECH because of its low price.
Regarding the product, although it was unexpectedly thin, the finish was good and favorable. The precision was good and the mounting holes were Exactly. It is also finer than OEM, so it will be more effective in protecting the Radiator. I was concerned about the chatter sound, so I thought about using the anti-vibration material that came with the product, but the upper hook is folded back to the point where the core guard is effectively attached to the radiator. However, the upper Hook was folded back so that the Core guard was almost stuck to the Radiator, and the attached anti-vibration material did not seem to fit in the almost no gap. I ran a test run and did not feel any chattering sound, so I decided to use it as it was. Then, in the Instruction Manual, it says [Color] It says to clear paint it, but I'm thinking of using it as is for the time being, and then doing it together when I have a chance to paint something else.
I thought it would be better without the logo, but when I installed it, I feel that A-TECH's logo is a good accent. I guess there are people who like this kind of thing, but for me, I like it.

Because OEM Guard is not tasteful.
The OEM Core guard is tasteless, so as a Carbon lover, I chose this one.
It does look a lot better!
It is easy to install because it is only Screw.

It's one of the cheaper Other Brand Products!
Used for CB400SF 2016
It can be installed without any problem. Small Size Spanner or MONKEY is required for assembly.
In the Instruction Manual, it was written that the Amiami part is supposed to be painted.
I assembled it without painting because it was troublesome, but originally it was [Color] It seems to be better to paint with Clearetc.
I will paint it when the rust starts to show.
Now I'm wondering to what extent the Carbon part will keep clean.
[Color] Clear painted carbon parts, but I'm worried about deterioration by sunburn and heat.
You can also buy a Guard made by another company for a few thousand yen difference, so you may decide on the Wallet and Design!
