【YAMAHA】(OEM Parts) Brake Shoe Review
Fits: YAMAHA VIRAGO1100, YAMAHA DRAGSTAR400
These OEM brake shoes deliver the full brake power of the rear brake. Most power comes from the front, it's very important to have a good functioning rear brake on a big bike. Important is also your tire, I had to slide like crazy when I had to do an emergency brake and the too old tire was just sliding, the rubber too hard. i can only reckon this product, the price is good for OEM quality!

OEM durability is amazing.
Brake Shoe was also exchanged at the same time that Grease up and Tire were exchanged around the Rear in the one year inspection of Axis Treat, the exclusive car for the transportation of the eldest daughter's nursery school. I also took into consideration the wear and tear of the ShoeSpring etc. and replaced it. The brake control performance is great and it is a good part! View detail
Doesn't fit the YP250.
It doesn't fit YP250 (MAJESTY250) though it is written YP250 in the beginning of the suitable model.
If you buy it, it will take the return postage (more than 1,000 yen from Hokkaido), so be careful.

It doesn't fit MAJESTY.
It doesn't fit MAJESTY so I returned it! 。 It says it fits, so I bought it, but for the shipping. (From Hokkaido, 1180 yen) I lost money. View detail
This is the best Rear.
Rear is Drum brake, so I changed Brake Shoe.
I had a lot of choices, but first I wondered how well the drum brake worked when it was brand new.
We think it's basically OEM.
good point
The durability is high because it is OEM.
It works softly, because Rear locks up if it's too strong.
It's easy to get.
A bad point
Because Balance is good, it is difficult to feel the features.
My impression when I changed it was that the OEMBrake was good enough, I'm talking about the Rear brake.
Too much effect is scary, too little effect is dangerous, and in the middle is OEM.
Once you're lost, it might be a good idea to go OEM.

Threatening durability and satisfying stopping power
At the time of 12,000 miles, the OEM tires were due for replacement, so I changed the brake shoes while I removed the rear tires. Stocked? View detail
