1299 Panigale R Final Edition generates the same 207 hp / 11,000 rpm power and 14.5 kg / 9,000 rpm torque as the strongest 1299 Superleggera in the history of Ducati L type 2 cylinder engine. The weighted crankshaft is attached to the "Final Edition" of the Super Quadro engine conforming to Euro 4 regulation by adopting a larger crank pin and tungsten balancing weight.
